I've been to this store many times in the past 1-2 years. The customer service has always been kind, friendly and spot on. I've always been able to get checked out and on my way in an efficient manner by whomever was at the registers. I have been able to drop off returned items from online purchases (they have helped tape my boxes up for me! thank you!) with no issue. I have also rented a U-haul truck once also and the process was pretty simple, they answered all my questions over the phone, confirmed pickup and return dates, and walked me through the process once I arrived at the store. Definitely meets my shipping/mail needs and I appreciate that they're close to my residence. read more

I am new to the area. This little place was recommended by a co-worker. I can not say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is. They are open on Sundays which is a huge plus in my book, I came in at 11:45 (they close at noon) with SIX boxes. Kinda rude on my part, however they were as friendly and kind as ever! You should come see these people!! They are the bomb!! read more

I went to this location last week to mail a package and was truly disappointed to know they are no longer in business and permanently close. They were the best...customer service, efficiency, all. They were my go to instead of the long and slow lines at the post office. I will miss going to them. Hopefully, in the near future, they will reopen somewhere near my residence. Blessings to the staff and people who owned this business. Sharon read more

This location is now permanently closed as of 12/23/23. Too bad as I never had any issue or problems with them. Now we are stuck going to places with worse ratings. read more

The guy helping me (I believed named jake) gave me the worst customer experience I've ever had. He first lied to me saying that all of the trailers had reservations so they couldn't transfer my reservation from one store to another. After asking him to check, he made a call and told me they had one, the other stores just don't like to transfer reservations since they lose money. After getting my reservation transferred he repeatedly told me that my drivers license was invalid when it was not due to me having an extension on it. I understand the confusion about it but I explained it further and he proceeded to yell at me to just leave and get a new license. After arguing with me the other worker told him to let me have the trailer. He then proceeded to yelling "f*ck this" and letting me have the trailer. I get having a bad day, and I'm always trying to see people's perspectives in situations like these. That said, there is a level of professionalism in customer service that should always be met. I am extremely bothered with this experience and won't be coming back. read more

Back to write another review. I've lived here 5 years & have been faithful to this mail store for 4 years. (Took me some time to find my way around & discover it.) I am going to miss this mail store! I think I have only waited in line one time & even then, it was only one person ahead of me. I'm always in & out, so I know if I have to stop in before an appointment, it won't take me long. Great customer service. I've had my boys in with me over the years & the employees are always so kind to us. My boys always know where we are when we pull into the parking lot. Can't say enough about this store! I definitely recommend it!! Thanks for always being so great!! read more

I love going to this establishment. All of the staff are so friendly and always help me with my postal needs. I wish I wasn't moving to Kore, but I'd be happy working for the owner! She's so nice and I love the vibe of this place. They will ship and print things you may need or forget to print! They have everything you need to handle your postal needs!!! read more

Excellent customer service. They help package things for you- way better than post office that makes you pay for your own packing tape. Friendly. Sat and sun availability. Will go out of my way to go here read more

Just a quick UPS drop off, but the gentleman working to front desk was incredibly kind and cheerful. Offered to check my package to make sure everything was good to go. Very refreshing to experience such great customer service, especially on a Friday when people are usually burnt out from the week. read more

My wife told me she tried to mail a package from this place. She was running errands with our 2 month old son. She walked to the front of the business at 820 am. An old disgruntled man, who was closing up a box truck yelled out, "closed, not open until 830." It was 35 degrees out. My wife had her hands full of shipping materials and a baby with her. You would think this Neanderthal would have the decency to let her inside to get out of the cold. I hope the miserable old guy has his boss read this to him. read more

I've been a customer since the owners changed in the last year or so (2015ish). The original owner was on site all the time and was very attentive. The new ownership has had trouble finding good help but seems to have gotten past that. The services are numerous and service is always friendly. one time, I was dumb enough not to notice the drop box for mail and they happily put my letter in the box for me. It's nice to be able to get a mail box there with a suite address rather than a P.O. box; way less hassle! The convenience of Uhaul there is nice, too. Much less bother than the big traditional Uhaul locations. read more

I went here to do a return from Amazon. I've been here before with no problem but this trip was a disaster from the parking lot. After having someone almost hit me and my 11 months old twins in their car I struggled to get me, the twins and a 20 pound box of diaper in the front door. As soon as I got into the front a 6 year old ran into my strollers with my twins with nothing from the mom or workers to calm the child down (I realize the mom is responsible for the child but In my place business I have asked parents to hold onto their children) once I get up to the scales I hand the lady my phone with the return barcode. She then proceeded to tell me they have no way to scan the barcode. There was a number attached to the barcode that this lady refused to at least try to type in the number. She kept playing phone going back into my amazon account without my permission then handed me my phone and says there is nothing she can do. After an hour of getting the children out of the car struggling to get the box and the stroller into the store I don't even get an apology. If you advertise to be a UPS store make sure you have all the equipment you need... read more

I sent a package that was packaged by this store and was not packaged correctly. I purchased insurance that UPS refused to pay and the Mail Solution Owner's made no attempt to correct this situation. Once I alerted the store on the morning of delivery that the package was damaged I did not get any assistance whatsoever as to the type pictures UPS would require. It was then two weeks after numerous phone calls that was not returned when I went back into the store to have a claim filed. Due to the negligence of the packing, UPS denied my insurance claim. It is unfortunate that now I have to start court proceedings to obtain the insurance value I placed on the package. SAD!! After my experience I would not advise anyone to use this store. read more
