My daughter had many questions as this was her first time getting an adult passport. SEAN was curt, dismissive, condescending AND belligerent. We asked why he was being so rude, then he became ruder. Yelling at us at the top of his lungs in front of 15 other customers AND his supervisor MARGARET (who was standing just a few feet AWAY!) Margaret she said she would 'talk to him' about his behavior 'later'. TALK to him about his behavior?? TALK? I have never been treated so poorly at the USPS in my entire life (and I have been going there for over 40 years!) SEAN has NO business being employed at the USPS or anywhere! THE ONLY explanation for SEAN's behavior in FRONT of his SUPERVISOR is that he is confident he will NEVER be fired. Knowing how post offices can kind of suck, and lines are similar to the DMV, I arrived promptly at two minutes until 10. The first two appointments were already in line waiting. Promptly at 10, the first appointment was called to the counter and didn't have his paperwork filled out in black ink and he needed to go to the side to fix this. Instead of starting with the second appointment, she wanted to give the guy a chance to fill his stuff out. Since I was a walk in, I walked up to the counter just to verify that 1) they took walk ins, and 2) I had all my information filled out correctly. Everything was in order so she went ahead and slipped me in, rather than waiting until the appointments were completed, since she thought she could do it pretty quickly. Now, remember, this is a government agency. She didn't have to make the effort to try to slip me in, but she did. I was in and out in five minutes. She took her job very seriously, but was very efficient and I was a happy camper, on my way to do anything other than waiting in line at the post office on this day.

When you enter the front door, you are always greeted and quickly helped. PostalAnnex is a family owned and operated business. Ken, is the friendly dad of the operation who employees son-in-law's and daughters. I always look for Brandon because he knows me by name (even with a mask on)! Shipping from here is made easier when you ship to the same addresses often. Those are stored in a secure system under your name (like your own personalized address book) so it's quick and easy to send subsequent packages. You do pay slightly more per services than if you go to the post office directly, but the customer service, and timely delivery of packages is worth it to me.
