The first time I came to this store I even made the mistake of declining a receipt since I have never had problems with UPS stores and Amazon returns in the past, but clearly the trustworthiness of each store is independent from each other despite the shared name. When you enter the front door, you are always greeted and quickly helped. PostalAnnex is a family owned and operated business. Ken, is the friendly dad of the operation who employees son-in-law's and daughters. I always look for Brandon because he knows me by name (even with a mask on)! Shipping from here is made easier when you ship to the same addresses often. Those are stored in a secure system under your name (like your own personalized address book) so it's quick and easy to send subsequent packages. You do pay slightly more per services than if you go to the post office directly, but the customer service, and timely delivery of packages is worth it to me.
