When you enter the front door, you are always greeted and quickly helped. PostalAnnex is a family owned and operated business. Ken, is the friendly dad of the operation who employees son-in-law's and daughters. I always look for Brandon because he knows me by name (even with a mask on)! Shipping from here is made easier when you ship to the same addresses often. Those are stored in a secure system under your name (like your own personalized address book) so it's quick and easy to send subsequent packages. You do pay slightly more per services than if you go to the post office directly, but the customer service, and timely delivery of packages is worth it to me.

She showed me my return info was incorrect, there isn't a Whole Foods within miles of me and on one I said I had a box and label and I didn't. I stayed there and reset my refund/return info. In the meantime the store had filled up. She took care of everyone, one at a time, in a timely manner yet no one was rushed. We then finished up my returns. Yesterday I went back again and she showed me how to use the self service area, I would recommend this UPS store over any of the others, she treats the customer with care, especially the Seniors. I will get her name next time and add it.
