I moved into the apartments behind this business some months ago. Shortly thereafter, when I…read moreordered things online, I noticed that I could pick them up as an access point here. My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? I'll be sad to move in a few short months, but I've appreciated these folks alot in the time I've been able to use them. Fair pricing, wonderful people. Thank you!

I have used this store over the past few months for Amazon returns, and every single time I have…read morehad issues with Amazon wanting to charge me weeks later for the returned items because they claim they never received them. The first time I came to this store I even made the mistake of declining a receipt since I have never had problems with UPS stores and Amazon returns in the past, but clearly the trustworthiness of each store is independent from each other despite the shared name. That mistake ended up costing me $60 since I had no proof UPS received the item. I wouldn't trust this store, considering I have never had any trouble with UPS stores and Amazon returns for years until I came here, so try another one

Like i said - I was expecting maybe a weather delay of 1-2 days but it is now Wednesday and the documents I sent have to be at the location they are supposed to be at by today and my package hasn't even left the state of Colorado!! WTF!! The weather cleared up Monday in NC and has been clear since Monday in Colorado! Why the delay in getting my 1-pound envelope to where it needs to go? Flights have been leaving the state of Colorado for days with no delays! Fed Ex is just using the "weather delay" as an excuse for not getting stuff where it needs to go - when it was promised to be there! Fed Ex sucks!

U-Haul scam - stay away!…read more I rented a box truck from this 3rd party U-Haul location in January 2024 (EZ Ship off Academy). After returning the truck, the shop manager charged an exorbitant "fuel" charge in the amount of $53. I drove less than 40 miles. I called the store manager to inquire about the fuel charge. Their response was that I should not have placed keys in the drop box, and that I should have physically entered the store to return the box truck. The manager then said that it was likely that another individual siphoned fuel from the truck after it was dropped of at the store. The manager said that I was responsible for someone siphoning fuel out of the truck while the truck was on the store's property, and after the truck had been locked with keys placed in the lockbox. After pleading my case the manager refused to offer a refund, citing a u-haul policy (which was not reviewed adequately during time of contract signing). This experience was extremely disappointing, stay away! Fuel charge will be disputed with CC company and complaint will be submitted to U-Haul.
