Bought an office chair there. Had it assembled in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable ($159.) Used their bathroom. Immaculate!! How a store keeps up their bathroom says more about a store than its products. Plus, everyone in this store knew how to smile. They were having a good time and delivering excellent customer service . I have to give them 5 stars for how they handled my print job situation. The staples website wouldn't allow me to submit my print job and I needed them asap. The supervisor immediately helped me out and had me send all my documents to their store email with instructions. Although this was tedious it wasn't the stores fault and was the best solution. Then I must've miscommunicated poorly because the order price was way higher than what I was quoted online when I tried to do it myself. Again, called staples and the workers said they would price match what I had online. No trouble at all, they were super nice and helpful. I would definitely use their services again for future print jobs. Thank you Staples for having great customer service even when it wasn't their fault for my issues! read more

We went in looking for banker's boxes and they were out of the one type we wanted and didn't have any in stock. Mikah was helping us and let us know they had them at another Staples, but we weren't driving across town for them. He looked it up on his phone and let us know Lowe's next door had them. He was so helpful. We really appreciated his assistance to get us what we needed without driving everywhere to get a few boxes. Sometimes you get employees that don't really go the extra mile, but Mikah did. read more

We've used this location for years for our business and personal supplies. While Covid has hurt their business and reduced their brands, the staff and the manager have always been pleasant and helpful and really tried to find what we needed. We've had our damaged equipment serviced well there and they did well but that has been a few years since. Hopefully still good. read more

The people who are running this store really know what they're doing. The store manager, Steve, always gives the best customer service with a good attitude the whole time. This store is clean, well organized, and the people working here are always eager to help if you have questions about something. The guys working the tech bench are also amazing, they've helped with screen replacements for me and my sister before (we both have iPhones) as well as helped us with removing viruses from her laptop. I will NEVER go back to this Staples again. I walked in to the store at 2:50pm today 3/13/2018, and the woman at the print and copy station was sitting on a stool. There were no other visible customers, so perhaps it made sense why she was just sitting there. When I approached her, I told her that I would like to get 7 pages of documents laminated. Her body language shifted, she then told me-not asking or recommending that she will do this in a 5mm thickness laminate. She then asked for my phone number, which I was not certain why so I inquired if it was necessary, and she sharply told me that needed to be able to create an invoice. At this point I am feeling somewhat ruffled, but gave her my business number and she stated "oh, you haven't used our services before?!" She then matter of factly told me that she could have these ready after an hours time or that I could pick them up in the morning. I looked around to double check if there were any other customers or other work orders visible: neither to which were present. I told her that I will actually be going to elsewhere as I don't have the time to wait. She didn't even try to explain, apologize, anything...just said "okay then". Oddly, going just 2 blocks up the road to OfficeMax resulted in the 100% opposite. Amazingly warm and welcoming customer service AND they were able to laminate my huge mountain of 7 documents in less than 5 minutes!! My goodness. Maybe it was just a bad day for that Staples team member, maybe she really just cannot stand her job. I went to Staples yesterday to pick up a picture I'd had blown up and printed, and the customer service at the print desk was AMAZING. The guy was so sweet and helpful... he even told me about the other things I can do to get high quality, large pictures printed there. Then he showed me where the nearest Michaels was. After that, I was walking out of the store, and realized I needed to look for something else. Then another super sweet and helpful guy helped me out. I never once had to ASK for help. They were already asking me if I needed it. And then I swear I walked past five more super sweet, energetic guys. It's like the employees at staples are all trained to make your day. They make shopping for boring things pleasant and fun. This is going to be my Staples from here on out. read more

I went today to get something printed and was very impressed with the customer service at the print center! The lady printed it once and saw that the color was a little off so she adjusted it and printed it out again without me even having to ask. I was very happy with what I got! read more

Worst experience ever at an office store. Everytime I come to this store there's always a problem. The cashier rang up my items completely wrong. I caught it on the receipt as I was leaving the store. When I went back in the store it to get it fixed the person that helped me was the supervisor. She didn't have a clue either. She still rang up the purchase wrong and was confused on how to fix it. It took 20 minutes to fix a simple problem. Finally got my refund back but I will not be shopping at the store again. read more

I'm not impressed by the copy and print center. Not only the people, but the products. I came in and the man who helped me seemed like he'd rather be anywhere but there (I get it as I've worked in food but you don't have to be sooo obvious). I got a book binded with a spiral and it was WAY too big. I asked if I could come get a smaller one and was told I need to split my book in half to do so. I accepted because I get that it can't be perfect and at least it was better. I asked to see the spiral he was going to use and he was completely bothered by this and held it up to me from across the center. I later asked him if he could bring it to me because the last one was so big and I'd like to just make sure and he was very rude saying, "it's not gonna be as big..." but eventually brought it to me. They fixed it and it's, again, not perfect but better. Later, customers were rightfully disappointed in a poster they printed because it didn't show something that was lighter in the original picture. The women simply said, it happens sometimes, and let them leave like that. She then proceeded to talk about them in front of me to the other guy. I get talking about customers but don't do it in front of other customers. It looks bad. Long story short, products are subpar, probably not their doing, and customers service is worst then that, definitely their doing. So sad seeing that the rest of the store is amazing... read more

Staples has amazing coupons and offers. I've been a customer for years and am a rewards member. I am always getting good deals. My favorite right now is the 1 cent ream of paper. If I find that I missed a sale or something went on sale shortly after my purchase, I can bring my receipt in and get a refund. You may have to ask for the manager on more difficult transactions but the end result has always been that I receive the most savings possible. There have been times when the check out person isn't fully informed of all the ins and outs, but I found if you ask for a supervisor, you will get results. Their online chat is also very helpful most of the time. I had nothing but trouble with Office Depot whenever it came to fixing stuff or getting refunds and their ink recycle program is horrible compared to Staples. You can use the ink rebates on anything in the store unlike Office Depot where they only allow you to use them towards specific items. I highly recommend staples for office supply needs - best deals and policies. read more
