    This place always has employees that don't know what they are doing. The drivers are even worse. They don't even deliver packages to your door they just force you to go wait an hour in line

    Please hire someone to work at this location. Long lines here with only one person helping everyone.

    They lost my $115 package they dont care. Spoke to a worker and manager. They dont care. Each time they also had to wait 30mins.

When I tried to address the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing little to no concern for helping resolve the problem. What went wrong: Misdelivered package to the wrong address. Lack of proactive communication or accountability from staff. Rude, unprofessional service that made the situation worse. What I expected: A quick acknowledgment of the mistake and a clear plan to locate and reroute the package. Courteous, helpful staff who take customer concerns seriously. Timely updates on the status of the package and resolution. Would not recommend this location based on this experience. If you must use FedEx, consider confirming pickup or delivery details directly and be prepared for potential frustration if things go wrong. I hope they improve their customer service and accuracy in handling deliveries.

My wife's photo was rejected by the Passport Agent because it didn't meet the required standards (the image cut off part of her hair, which is not acceptable for a passport photo). We had to get a new photo taken at the post office in order to submit our documents. When we brought the rejected photo back to request a refund, we were told they do not issue refunds for passport photos--despite the fact that the issue was with how the photo was taken. For printing or shipping services, this location has been fine. But for passport photos, I would suggest going elsewhere where the staff is trained to meet the strict requirements.

They went back and forth…read morewith me SEVEN times demanding slightly more specific things ("send us the entire lease," "send us a letter from your landlord," "send us a different letter.") When I sent over the signed letter from my landlord with my approval to adopt a dog as an ESA, they then demanded a dr's note on top of it. It is illegal to demand doctor's notes unless the pet owner is requesting special accomodations (basically only landlords and airlines can demand this). They told me they weren't willing to let me adopt unless I sent them a doctor's note with privacy protected personal information, or got a second letter from my landlord saying i was allowed to adopt a non-ESA pet. I had already provided proof from the landlord I was allowed to adopt a dog - asking for extra proof they wouldn't ask a non-disabled adopter for because I had a disability allowing for an ESA is illegal. Both unpleasant and discriminates against people with disabilities. Even before the issues around the disabilities came up, there was so much back and forth asking for more and more and more things (I applied at around 10 shelters and no other shelter needed more than just the screenshot of the lease with the animal details). Work with another shelter.

It is a super weird time in our world right now and there is a crazy amount of people wanting to adopt. We were told by another organization that the competition is tough... it's awesome that so many people want to care for deserving animals but it also makes things a little harder. We adopted a puppy, yesterday, and they were nothing but professional. We had great communication and even have established lifelines if anything comes up. Our liaison was really helpful and friendly. We have even been in touch with the foster family giving them updates, she was very well cared for and loved before we got her. She is so snuggly and adorable! You can tell that DCCR genuinely cares for the pets they rescue and we are so thankful for that! I can confidently recommend DCCR to anyone looking to adopt.

    I had a pretty outrageous experience here where I was simply dropping off a trailer early. This has…read morebeen my 4th return of a vehicle or trailer here in the last 8 months so I'm pretty familiar with Uhaul, this location, and the overall process for doing things. Since I needed a larger trailer I mentioned that I was returning this one early despite having a 6 day reservation and would need a bigger one instead. My interaction should have been very simple, but instead, I was told that the trailer I was given was a "one way" and they had some kind of problem. Obviously, I'm just there to pick up whatever they give me, use it, and bring it back. I don't tell them to give me a specific trailer and cannot dictate what their internal process might require. The last "one way" I did with the same size trailer was completely different from the one they gave me so I have no idea what the guy was going on about. So in any case he continues to harass me about where I'm taking the trailer and I have no idea at this point what is going on because all I want is to know whether the bigger one is available and if I can rent it because at this point I've been waiting 40 minutes just to drop off the trailer. You can drop off with the app without even interacting with anyone so it just blew my mind that I was getting roped into this bizarre questioning of my intentions. Like Uhaul doesn't care as long as I'm following their rules and I have never seen any mention of specific rules about their local trailers having some restrictions. In any case when I tried to question where the guy was going with the repeated interrogation over a trailer that at this point has already been returned and again, I had no control over what they gave me, I had enough and really lost it on the guy. If you rent from this location I'd suggest avoiding any interaction with their staff lest one of their staff has a brain malfunction and can't keep it together should the Byzantine Uhaul system not make sense to them.
