It was an extremely busy day today and Todd was so efficient, polite and kept his cool even when an…read moreextremely rude customer couldn't get why his Amazon return code wasn't UPS. Todd politely explained the return would need to be taken to Kohl's or Whole Foods, offered to review the Amazon instructions with the gentleman but he insisted he should be able to return it there, at UPS. Honestly some people can be so impatient and rude. Todd kept it together and politely apologized to everyone in the store he would be with them as soon as he could as he was alone in the shop. So gracious, polite and efficient, thank you Todd!

Went in Christmas Eve day to pick up package because UPS had left a note on my front door. The…read morelady at postalannex was understandably in a rush locking the door behind me at 2:00pm telling me to come back. To be honest I'm not sure she heard a word I said she was in such a rush I came back to pick up my package December 31st arriving at noon ant the store was closed. The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS. As far as going back for any services they do offer , I'll take my business somewhere else.

July 14, 2026, I pulled up at the end of a busy workday with a package boxed up, ready to drop off…read morehere. To be completely fair, yes, I was within five minutes of closing but it was NOT after 6:30 which is their stated closing time. To be clear, I would never cut it close like this at a restaurant or somewhere that takes a while for service. But it would've taken maybe 30 seconds to complete that my package handoff. There were NO other customers inside. Zero. The door was already locked, though, and I looked in to see a young guy behind the counter gesturing 6:30. According to my watch (time synced to NIST time), there were three minutes to go. So to the owner or manager, you guys might advise your staff not to cut corners at the end of the day and leave busy customers short changed. UPDATE: The next day I was able to chat with Andrew who stated he locked the door early because they're "authorized to lock the door at 6:28." Look I absolutely get locking the door at the stated time of 6:30. But there were no customers inside the previous day and my total interaction took less than two minutes. And sometimes it could even be about 30 seconds. I suggested maybe they should post the closing time of 6:28 if they're gonna lock the door early. His dismissive remark was, "nah, no business is gonna do that." Okay so then maybe they should stay open until the stated time, given many people have packages they're trying to rush over after work, and interactions take seconds? Again it's **totally understandable** if they lock the door AT 6:30 but IMO the advertised hours should apply instead of short-changing customers by X minutes and wasting their time. There was literally nobody else in the store. They could've unlocked the door, completed the exchange, and I could've been out of there by 6:30.
