Todd politely explained the return would need to be taken to Kohl's or Whole Foods, offered to review the Amazon instructions with the gentleman but he insisted he should be able to return it there, at UPS. To be honest I'm not sure she heard a word I said she was in such a rush I came back to pick up my package December 31st arriving at noon ant the store was closed. The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year. As far as feeling welcomed into the store and the friendliness of the employee they were seriously lacking in that regard. However they do carry some really neat cards for all occasions along with other little gifts . Pricing is higher than USPS and UPS.
