I tried to serve a local business not knowing there was a requirement to serve the business's "registered agent". The process server from Northstar Process Servers, named Libby, served a random warehouse worker instead of the registered agent for the business. When it was determined that the service was not going to be valid in court, they simply ignored my request to refund there service fee and to not attempt further service. I also fully warned them that this review would happen if for some reason they chose not to refund my charge willfully.

Northstar Process Servers is phenomenal. Highly efficient, communicative, and most importantly,…read moreeffective. I had to employ their skip tracing service as well as document serving skills and both were done quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. Not having had to employ this kind of service before, I can't speak to their value but what I did pay, was more than worth it for their efficacy. While I hope to not need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to utilize Northstar Process Servers in the future.

My first thought was 'when will I have the time to do that??' Not to mention my not being familiar with the area that I'm in. I went onto Yelp, as I often do when I'm traveling, and searched mobile notary- I got two good results. Aurora mobile notary service showed a response time of 10 minutes but it was after 10 at night, so I didn't figure that I would hear back until this morning. Well, I heard back within minutes and had set up a meeting for early the next day shortly after that. I told Denetria where I was this afternoon and what time would be best. Not a problem...she arrived on time, messaged me when she arrived, was professional and friendly & efficient. She had the document completed within 6 minutes and I got to enjoy most of my lunch break after! I couldn't be more thankful and would absolutely say that if you need a notary-use Aurora Mobile! The price was what I expected to pay -if not less than some businesses that I've gone to in the past. It's so convenient it seems silly to not use this service.
