History
Established in 2014.
I became a notary in 2014 to help cover my youngest son’s football equipment, fees, and school events. That first winter, signings helped pay for school clothes and supplies — and I realized how valuable this work could be. In 2019, I added Apostille services, and by 2022, I became a Loan Signing Agent. Now, as an empty nester, I’ve gone full-time, serving my community with professionalism, integrity, and care.

I’m Laticia (Kisha), the owner of TrueSeal Notary Services. What began as a way to support my son’s football journey back in 2014 has grown into a career I truly love. The notary business gives me the flexibility to create my own schedule while still doing meaningful work. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life — every appointment is a chance to connect and make the process smoother for someone else.
Beyond serving clients, I also coach new notaries on how to start and grow their own businesses. Helping others find success in this field keeps me inspired and motivated. Now as a full-time notary and empty nester, I’m grateful every day that I get to do what I love: provide reliable service, empower others, and live life on my own terms.
