I requested a field visit to my office and they were not able to show up on time or give me a definite time after many delays...I had to call them to communicate. So, I took two color laserjet printers in for service at their office. One printer was repaired partially and I had to request that they complete the repair after arriving for pickup. When returning a second time this printer appears to have been repaired correctly, after much hassle. The second printer printed when I took it to their office. Its malfunction was too expensive to repair, but the printer would still print from a second multi-use tray. However, after bringing it back to my office, I found a cartridge that would not seat properly and this printer no longer works at all. Yes, this printer is older, but I found them to be sloppy. So nice to find a business that still just does things right! Had to search high and low to find anyone to fix a small home printer. Gwen was very kind on the phone and explained the pros and cons of fixing a small home printer and the diagnostic charge, etc. Very upfront and honest. Refreshing! Because I have a ton of ink for this printer, I decided to make the trek to Centennial and give it a shot. Greg took it back to peek at it, before he'd even let me leave it. He didn't want me to pay the diagnostic if it was a printer head. Sure enough, it was a printer head, but he cleaned it up enough for me to use it for a while until the head completely goes. It's amazing to me that it feels so unusual to have a company be so honest. Big kudos to Rocky Mountain Printer Repair - they are a company I will go out of my way to recommend. These people are scammers. After getting referred to Rocky Mountain Printer Repair and reading all these great reviews on them, I decided to try out their service. I recently had these people come in to find the problem as to why my office copying machine was making streaks on paper copies. After $100+ for a consultation and for them to look at my copier, they told me that my copier needed an ADF kit, maintenance cleaning, along with roller replacements and it should fix it. Mind you, the tech that came out was really nice. Well, after over $500 worth of them just cleaning and replacing the rollers, plus the fee, it was not fixed (over $600+). Then they gave me the bill and told me that I actually needed a new drum for my toner (which was damaged and causing the streaks). If you are a professional printer copier repair business company and have been doing this for the longest time, this would be pretty obvious to see and noticed that the drum (OPC) was the only thing needing to be repaired/replaced because it was damaged (which will cost from $145 - $200 for a replacement). Beware, RMPR is a rip off and they will scam you to buy more of their services before they tell you what is wrong with your copier machine. I will never use this place again. One more thing, they said that they would get me the part number for the drum (OPC) that needs to be repaired so I can fix it myself, since it would cost me over $300 to have them come out here and replace that drum. They never got back to me. I also called them to get someone to reach back out to me and till this day, no one has called me back. Be smart. Don't get duped by these people. Go elsewhere. read more

They do not stand by their word. Bought new machine that did not meet requirements and would not return the old machine within three days of install. Never provided a service contract but made sure you sign a financial agreement that locks you in that you cannot get out. Would highly not recommend. read more

Well, I did not receive any of the good service commented earlier. If fact, for $40 and lugging my huge printer in I was told what I already knew about the printer. I was also told that it would be about a week to have it finished. Well, after 2 weeks at their shop and no phone letting me know what is going on, I called. Spoke with one guy who put me on hold for a while then said Greg will call me right back. Well, the next morning with no return phone, I called again and finally spoke with Greg. He then informed me that part( fuser) from Brother would not be in until April! But if I wanted the part earlier he could get it from another vender for $55 more, than the brother brand. It felt almost like a bait and switch. I already had to go out and rent a temp printer and ink. Then $40worthless inspection and terrible customer service with no sympathy or option to help this situation out. I would think twice on using these guys... read more
