I frequently ship packages and visit various UPS stores, but I intentionally avoid this location…read moredespite it being the closest to my home because the staff is consistently rude. Most of the time, I only need to drop off a small package with a pre-printed label. When I walk in and mention this, with no one else in line, the male manager simply points to the counter with a scowl. Today, while in a hurry, I decided to give this location another chance. There were three people waiting, and I asked, "Can I just leave this package on the counter? It already has a label." The gentleman responded, "No, we have a line." I then asked if the other customers were also dropping off pre-labeled packages, and he replied, "I don't know, but we have a line." I've never encountered this response at any other UPS store. With several family members who have worked for UPS, including in high-ranking positions, I know this is not the level of service the company stands for. I believe they would be extremely disappointed with the experience at this location.

The quality is great and gives a professional finish with their prints. This morning, we requested three posters to be printed the same day. Although the team encountered printer issues and a possible file-rendering problem with one image, Michael from the store kept me updated throughout the day and still completed the job on time before closing. In contrast, at another location, 7011-lincoln-ave UPS Store 2000, the staff member could not determine the correct price, was unprepared to assist, and quoted an arbitrary amount close to $400, seemingly because she either did not know how to handle the request or did not want to proceed with the job. If you ever need printing services, I highly recommend visiting this store, no matter where you live. After trying several locations, this has consistently been the best experience I've had with The UPS Store No.1186 at 7931 S Broadway Littleton.

I had a medium flat rate USPS box. I was quoted $31.40, then told UPS was cheaper at $28.91. I went with UPS. When I got home, I double checked the flat rate cost at USPS and it is $19.15! I got ripped off. When I went back and confronted the owner, I got some runaround about how he can't give me USPS prices; I can only get those at the Post Office. Which is horse pucky, because I get USPS prices at Office Depot all the time (their system was down.) I said he owed me $10, which he refused to acknowledge. Do yourself a favor, save your money and go somewhere else.
