I go here often and there is usually not a line or wait which I appreciate. While I haven't had the best experiences with customer service from all staff, I will say that Kathy is the BEST! She is super friendly, kind and goes the extra mile. We need more Kathys in the world! read more

Went to get some documents notarized and the notary was very rude and standoffish. Wouldn't help and had tons of interrogative questions on the documents . Really needs to work on her people skills. The Caucasian lady with short hair. Had other documents notarized at this location but never had to deal with her. The other experiences with the other lady were smooth read more

I frequently ship packages and visit various UPS stores, but I intentionally avoid this location despite it being the closest to my home because the staff is consistently rude. Most of the time, I only need to drop off a small package with a pre-printed label. When I walk in and mention this, with no one else in line, the male manager simply points to the counter with a scowl. Today, while in a hurry, I decided to give this location another chance. There were three people waiting, and I asked, "Can I just leave this package on the counter? It already has a label." The gentleman responded, "No, we have a line." I then asked if the other customers were also dropping off pre-labeled packages, and he replied, "I don't know, but we have a line." I've never encountered this response at any other UPS store. With several family members who have worked for UPS, including in high-ranking positions, I know this is not the level of service the company stands for. I believe they would be extremely disappointed with the experience at this location. read more

Always excellent, friendly service. This is the only UPS store I'll use as they've earned my trust and business. Thank you!

Fast service, no nonsense. I was not harassed or turned away for my natural face and appearance at this location. The same can not be said for other UPS Stores. Although this location is further away from my home, it will be worth the time and resources to give them my business in the future. The person who worked here easily glanced at my envelope going to eastern Russia and he confirmed that the address was spaced properly. I needed confirmation that the address was written legitimately as mailing addresses look quite different in that part of the world. Thank you for your service. read more

I have come in to see Neil for Notary Services twice so I can get a passport. He has been so helpful and patient with me and has excellent Customer Service skills. I know I could not have taken care of these issues without Neil. In fact, it has been some of the best Customer Service I have received either on the phone or in person. Many kudos to Neil. Thank you Vivienne White read more

I mail a lot of packages and this isn't' my usual drop off spot...good golly was the woman every slow! She was very thorough, but super sluggish. They weren't busy and all I wanted to get in and get out. But I was in there more than 10 minutes to mail two packages. I already had postage paid labels on, so she didn't have to even print anything. She talked up a storm, got sidetracked and it was just not a good experience as a frequent mailer. Take your packages elsewhere if you want to get them out quickly. read more

Last Thanksgiving, my mother passed away rather unexpectedly. As part of her legacy, she passed along the china set to me that had been given to her mother in the early 30's. We flew into town for the memorial service but there was no way that I would have been able to bring the china home with me. I remembered that my local neighborhood UPS store in Santa Rosa had photos posted all over the store about interesting items they had sent around the world, so I decided to check in with the local Littleton UPS store. I brought the entire 12 place serving set to the store, explained what had happened and why I wanted it shipped to my home in California. The store person who worked with me assured me that he would do everything necessary to ensure that the china safely arrived. All I did was drop it off and he did this rest: wrapped, packed and shipped. I was a bit hesitant, but what else could I do? I was between a rock and hard spot. I had to TRUST the UPS motto of getting things to where they need to be on time and in one piece. Well ... I flew back to Santa Rosa and pensively waited. When the boxes arrived, I opened each one and to my delight, every single plate, cup, saucer, server and dish was intact. I trusted my memories to UPS and this store came through with flying colours. Thank you. read more

Neal is the best ! He helped me print out the documents I needed for my doctors appointment. Honestly turned my whole day away! Awesome location ! read more

I don't know if anyone reads Yelp reviews for a UPS store but I just felt like I needed to post one. I come here quite frequently to send back Amazon returns and they are so incredibly friendly here. They're also really good at multitasking, taking care of other customers in line if someone at the front is filling something out or it will take a bit longer. read more

Every time I've gone there I have received excellent service! The manager is friendly and knowledgeable. Being on the "older" side, it's difficult for me to understand technical stuff. He's VERY patient which I appreciate! Highly recommend this store! read more

Dallas was very short with me and did an incredibly poor job packing my items. They were damaged upon delivery and now i have to deal with that. He was rude to me in front of my little kids and also to the other people waiting in line. I will not ship form here ever again.... read more

This is the third time I've come here at after 830 and the place is not open. What a shitty establishment to publish hours and then not follow those hours. Maybe it's hard to get good help. read more

Excellent service! This store is where I will bring all my business. Here's why I dropped by the store hoping to have some of my daughter's elementary school art work laminated. It only cost $8.00 yet I was treated as if I were their most important customer. The store manager consulted with me to make sure he understood what I wanted, then he cut and laminated the art. He then taped the sides of art to make doubly sure the laminate had adhered. Of course, while this was going on, there was a constant flow of other customers. Their needs ranged from mailing antique china to a step daughter, to sending an overnight document, to assisting two men returning packages back to Amazon, to a man picking up a package. Everyone left satisfied. read more

Everytime I go in the UPS store 0519 I receive the best customer service!! Great team

Hats off to Neil and the crew at the UPS Store. I needed some antiques shipped from Littleton CO. to Pennsylvania and the UPS crew did an outstanding job. They will be my "GO TO" shippers for any of my future needs. Thanks Guys, AAA+++ read more

After having an extremely negative experience at the Englewood UPS store, this was a fantastic store to go to! http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-ups-store-englewood-3?hrid=F9-JyYPm9iQeFSFYgqzzew This store, however, had friendly customer service agents, and was able to give concrete pricing regarding shipping china, as well as reasoning behind their pricing. It is clear that they have an owner who truly cares about gaining and retaining customers and shares that passion with his or her employees. read more

If I could give it ZERO stars I would! Here's what happened: Short black woman (I did not get her name) unlocked store at 830am, keep in mind the store should be opened and ready for business at 830am, which means she needs to arrive at 815am at the latest to be able to open her doors for business. She did not greet me as I stood next to her outside, made no eye contact and looked angry; almost as if she was bothered that I was waiting outside. She then proceeded to the bathroom, came behind the counter (again no hello or eye contact and looking angry, and said to me ''if your dropping off a package and need a receipt you HAVE to wait until the system comes up. Five minutes standing in front of her, with no conversation or apology on her part, I was given my receipt with not even a thank you and I walked out the door. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OR ANY OTHER UPS STORE AGAIN!!! FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET???? BTW, I CALLED UPS STORE CORPORATE OFFICE AND REPORTED HER NASTY BEHAVIOR TO THEM. CORPS # 858-455-8800 if anyone needs to report this lady's behavior again. I hope she is not the franchisee or a manager. If she is, she deserves to lose the few customers she may have because of her nasty and obnoxious personality. Advice to you nasty lady: find a job where your nasty attitude does not have to interact with customers, like a janitor maybe? or hidden in a back room somewhere. read more

DOES NOT PRINT FROM THE INTERNET!!! I walked all the way down here to print my shipping label so I could mail back my rented textbooks for school just to find out they will not print from the Internet. This was a major inconvenience and the owner was very rude. I told him every UPS store allows printing from the Internet and he needs to advertise that his store does not because I wasted a lot of time for nothing. read more
