My daughter just got married and I needed to ship her bouquet to an online retailer that preserves flowers. I called the UPS store to ask the best way to ship and the person who answered the phone said, "There is no way to successfully ship a bouquet." I told him we needed to ship it to another business and they acted like people ship flowers all the time and I just need an airtight container. So, if you can't ship these flowers for me, what DO you recommend?" He said, "I recommend you don't try to ship flowers. Or call a florist and ask what they do." The Amazon package I returned was never delivered, no record of it leaving this UPS location. During the height of Covid and mask mandates employees either were not wearing masks or were wearing them only covering their mouths. Lines are very slow. Recently a woman who worked there had no idea of what she was doing when trying to send a package to a private residence. I dont think Ive ever left there not shaking my head. I'm new in town and the man who helped me was very sweet and gave me directions to a couple of places I couldn't find. Go someplace else if it's important! I had a very important package -- one of the most important in a very long time. I went to them because I trusted the name. I sent the package and I took the lady's advice, and the package was returned. I sent the same item again, and it had to be overnight. I told her how important it was that it arrive the next day. It did not, because the package didn't leave that store until late that day. She either didn't know this, or didn't tell me this to keep a sale. Either way, she was wrong, and it is costing me money and creating stress and frustration. There were better alternatives, like using the post office directly, but that information was not shared. Normally I come in on weekends or afternoons to pick up packages and ship stuff out and everything is fine. However, the last few times I've had to come in the morning and the older woman working has been extremely rude for no reason at all. Every single time I've been in she has been snippy and condescending to me as well as other customers in the store. At first I thought she might have had a bad day but it's literally been at least 4 separate times now. I walk in with a smile and am very polite and all I get from her is attitude and irritability. It's gotten so bad that I will just pick up my package and then drive up the street to ship my other items at another post office. If my packages didn't get automatically sent here I would never ever go back. I hope whatever is making this woman so miserable in the morning let's up one day. That's no way to be ever, but especially not in a customer service position. read more

This UPS store is a huge ripoff and the owner is extremely rude. If you go online to ups.com to calculate the cost of shipping you get a completely different rate than they give you in the store (in my case the website said it would cost $45 but the owner said it would cost $98). When I asked about the discrepancy in price he just kept saying he didn't know. I told him I could bring up the website on my phone and show him the estimate and he said it wouldn't make a difference. I told him that the website shows that it costs half as much and he told me it wasn't "his" website so prices were different. He acted annoyed that I wouldn't just pay the $98 and leave, but having no answers or understanding about your business isn't acceptable. Despite the fact that ups.com says you can drop off your package at a local retailer I wouldn't recommend taking it here. I would go somewhere that actually understands what customer service is and has an answer besides I don't know when you have a question. I took my package across the street to Postal Annex to be shipped by FedEx because they actually honor their online prices, rather than doubling them, and have friendly employees. read more

I've used this store three or four times since moving to Castle Rock. The guys are nice behind the counter, take my Amazon returns without complaint and help with shipments at a high level. They get higher marks for taking care of us with Notary help and getting a package out mere minutes before the driver had to leave with his last stuff for the day and we needed it out overnight. Kudos to this location, we'll keep using them for business and personal. read more

Not wanting to be seated last, I got off the freeway and drove into a shopping center looking for a place to print... Although UPS does not have stations where you can go online and print something, they were kind enough to print my boarding pass! I have used UPS twice now. It will never happen again. I am a Canadian living in the US now for 17 years. I have been sending home gifts to my daughters the whole time. I have never had a problem using the Post Office. They charge me a fee and it gets there within 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the city where it is going. One fee! great. This past summer I sent my daughter's wedding dress which I paid for = gift!! It took weekS, plus a brokerage fee $$$$. Stupid. Just now for Christmas I sent a package. Paid just over $30.00. It has now been three weeks and she still doesn't have it. They are charging her a $40.00 brokerage fee! So we have now paid $70.00 dollars to ship an $80.00 pair of boots. I needed copies made of old family photos. This was a huge order, needing various numbers of copies according to pictures. Went in on Tuesday morning, was leaving town on Wednesday so told the super nice employee didn't really need to pick up the copies until Friday. 4 hours later I was picking up my beautifully reproduced pictures.
