Upon arriving, you will be greeted by a much knowledgeable staff that has been there and really enjoys what they do! They are friendly, caring, and very accommodating! They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are very happy. I was struggling to find sweatshirts for my son as the backlog at the online BSN sports was over 2 1/2 months wait so I got a sweatshirt embroidered with the letter L and it turned out beautifullyi am very happy that I found Monograms by K & K. Unfortunately, we had a sign installed by Steve Kapp, owner of Denver Signs & Graphics on June 17,…read more2022. Three months post-installation, we noticed wrinkling/bubbling of the letters on both sides of the sign. I contacted Steve who inspected it and he determined the problem to be with the adhesive of the letters under the anti-graffiti covering. He assured us that he would repair/replace the sign and make it right. This was only the beginning of many calls to him - NEVER any initiated by him - resulting in promises of repair dates or excuses (weather/season/workload) as to why the previous repair date came and went. It was rare to actually get Steve on the phone; most calls to him went unanswered and messages left were unreturned. All of his promises of quality and standing behind his work have been unfulfilled. After 1 1/2 years of being strung along, waiting for Steve to keep his word to us and meet his obligation, we feel it necessary to post this review, warning potential customers of the abysmal customer service from Denver Signs and Graphics.
