To be honest I'm not sure she heard a word I said she was in such a rush I came back to pick up my package December 31st arriving at noon ant the store was closed. The following day was New year and of course they were closed that day. as well. I realize it was the middle of the holidays but I've never heard of anyone closing the day before the New Year.
