I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel Barkley who had a bad accident in my bedroom. My carpeting is very light colored. I tried cleaning myself but probably made it worse. Jack came to my home initially to examine and give me an estimate. I also wanted just the couch cushions and arms of my family room sofa cleaned. Lastly I had a spot in my loft from Barkley. Jack asked if I wanted to have the stairs done, which I agreed was a great idea. Doug and Jack came over on the cleaning day and did a FANTASTIC job! I know my bedroom carpet was a real challenge. They went the extra mile to be sure that they dried it several times. By the time I went to bed that night, it was almost completely dry :) Mary responded very quickly to any email I sent. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction in the handling and the wrongful removal of items. I was…read moreconcerned about possessions and wanted assurance that they would be handled with care and would remain. We spoke on the phone and I also asked to have a zoom meeting to take place on site.I wanted to make sure we were very clear that all other items were to remain and be handled with care. Before the process I also spoke with them a couple of times for assurance. Contaminated surfaces were to be cleaned and disinfected as advertised by the company. Only the items listed were to be removed and they were to be removed in accordance with OSHA standards. That is not what happened. Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): There was no apparent Bio-hazard set-up. The door was wide open although the crew was initially dressed in HazMat gear it was later removed. Items were missing and damaged One worked mentioned that another was under the influence. And the list goes on.
