This was a bit problematic as my son needed to be out of his place by a specific date. Tim worked with my son and his Landlord to develop a plan where my son could relocate the stuff from the home to the landlords location. Tim then coordinated with the landlord to pick up the stuff at the landlords place while my son was out of state visiting friends. All this at a very reasonable cost. Tim was instrumental in helping with the coordination between me, my son and the landlord. Tim provided what I call the 'Effortless Customer Experience'. Not customer service full of 'unicorns and rainbows' that we soon forget But rather, he made solving my problem 'Effortless' which is the type of customer service I remember.
