I asked for Michelle and she was there so she helped me. We have experience with this type of shipping so we were fine. And then the priority mail international. She gave me more information and that helps as I can be more prepared when I come. I also obtained more shipping labels and envelopes so I can be prepared for the next trip. The price was ok. I mean compared to purchasing an airline ticket it works :)

Todd politely explained the return would need to be taken to Kohl's or Whole Foods, offered to review the Amazon instructions with the gentleman but he insisted he should be able to return it there, at UPS. Honestly some people can be so impatient and rude. Todd kept it together and politely apologized to everyone in the store he would be with them as soon as he could as he was alone in the shop. So gracious, polite and efficient, thank you Todd!

I've shipped it many times over the years and all of sudden it's "too big". Length plus girth must be under 108" - it's 57" plus 37" -- How the heck is that over 108"? And he wouldn't do it. His machine said no - god forbid he must've fat fingered something and he wouldn't try again. My fancy adding machine could've been different than his he said. 2) the postman broke my mailbox yesterday by trying to hand a 10lb box on it instead of walking it down the driveway and putting it on the porch. 3) postman has been driving on our property to do a u-then instead of going to the end of the street. This jerk refused to help me ship ahead my deployment items and wouldn't even try. I'll absolutely never go in here again. UPDATE - literally 30 min later I just had the same trunk shipped by the castle rock post office without a single issue and by a much friendlier staff. Funny how it's ok here but not at the Larkspur office.

She was refusing to take credit cards. In addition location has been out of stamps for months now. If you want customers here I would not keep the women you had staffed this Saturday .... The older lady with salt and pepper hair started questioning the woman and belittling her saying things like, "you think I don't know my job, I've know more about this then you, and why are you giving me such are hard time?" But the questions the woman asked were warranted like, "will the package get wet? And how many days will it take to get there.?" Then she said to the customer very snarky. "I hope you have a good day when you leave our of here." Meaning, get out of the building. The woman told her that she hoped that she had a good rest of the day and walked out. After the woman walked out of the building, the female employee behind the counter yelled out, "WENCH". I could not believe my ears, I told her, "that is not nice." She, said, "well, you don't know the way the woman was acting before you came in." I explain to her that to me, that didn't matter. What I saw is the way she treated her and that wasn't nice.:" She took my package and I sincerely told her that I hope that she had a nice day and I left. While in the parking lot I thought about writing this review but wanted to make sure my package left the building first since once they scan the package you cannot get it back from them. Later on that day, I contacted the post office/cpu to talk to the manager/owner and told her about it since I actually have met her before. She said that she was sad to hear that it happened and that it was going to be under new ownership in April 2023. I pray that they hire people with better customer service then. I was an awkward experience for me and I can't imagine how the other lady felt as she left that post office/CPU.

The wide range of activities he's able to participate in at school, like soccer shots, little gym, and zookeeper visits, among others, makes every day an exciting adventure for him, where he's genuinely excited to go to school. He's heading into kindergarten extremely well-prepared and is excited to continue learning. School operations are fantastic as well. The school does an excellent job of parent communication, has a safe and efficient drop-off/pick-up system, and great overall facilities.
