Anytime someone came in the locked door she would express how inconvenienced she was. If a customer had a question or change she would scald the customer and tell them "well you should have told me that before xyz, now I have to do xyz because of that" She claimed to only have x amount of money in her register and could not take cash but then asked the next customer for cash and was able provide change for more then she claimed to have in register. She was refusing to take credit cards. In addition location has been out of stamps for months now. If you want customers here I would not keep the women you had staffed this Saturday .... The older lady with salt and pepper hair started questioning the woman and belittling her saying things like, "you think I don't know my job, I've know more about this then you, and why are you giving me such are hard time?" But the questions the woman asked were warranted like, "will the package get wet? And how many days will it take to get there.?" Then she said to the customer very snarky. "I hope you have a good day when you leave our of here." Meaning, get out of the building. The woman told her that she hoped that she had a good rest of the day and walked out. After the woman walked out of the building, the female employee behind the counter yelled out, "WENCH". I could not believe my ears, I told her, "that is not nice." She, said, "well, you don't know the way the woman was acting before you came in." I explain to her that to me, that didn't matter. What I saw is the way she treated her and that wasn't nice.:" She took my package and I sincerely told her that I hope that she had a nice day and I left. While in the parking lot I thought about writing this review but wanted to make sure my package left the building first since once they scan the package you cannot get it back from them. Later on that day, I contacted the post office/cpu to talk to the manager/owner and told her about it since I actually have met her before. She said that she was sad to hear that it happened and that it was going to be under new ownership in April 2023. I pray that they hire people with better customer service then. I was an awkward experience for me and I can't imagine how the other lady felt as she left that post office/CPU.

They do not accept electronic payments and to avoid their late fees, I had my bank send them a check about 2 weeks before the due date each month. I forgot to stop my final payment for the month we were planning to move out - my bad. On our move out day, I went to the office to discuss our move out and to request a refund of the upcoming month that we would not be using. I was told that there were no rent refunds. I later discovered from my bank that they cashed my check AFTER that conversation and that they had already re-rented my units. We are Air Force retirees and long time Monument residents. You have other choices for storage rental in Monument. Stay away from Monument Storage.

Having a bunch of trash to get rid of, and being across the street from the transfer station I thought great I'll kill 2 birds with one stone dump the trash at the transfer station and return the trailer, literally across the street. Problem was the transfer was closed because of an equipment break down. I was headed to the landfill 30 minutes away when I was turning on the highway when the owner flagged me down and said he would help me out. I told him about the trash and he said he would work with me. Long story short, I was able to return the trailer and he was incredibly reasonable for the fee to get rid of the trash. Not having to drive an hour round trip to the landfill and being able to move on with my day as planned was awesome. Very grateful for nice people. Since I'm not that great at backing up trailers I had to drive around a few different parts of the storage yard and it looks like a great place to store your RV big aisles with plenty of room to navigate and a nice fenced in year with razor wire on top to deter people from wanting to look through your stuff. I have never received better service in my life…read more I had reserved a26 foot truck in Littleton, Colorado to move my daughter and husband back to Illinois, on Saturday March 30. My husband and son were flying to Denver on the 29th to pack the truck and drive it to Illinois on the 31st. And on the 28th, a lady from U-Haul called to tell me my truck would be in Durango for pickup on the 30th. She didn't care that it was a 6 hour drive from Littleton. And her only solution was maybe a 15 foot truck would be available sometime Sunday. Rubin with All Outside Storage came to my rescue, let me book everything over the phone, made it super easy to pick up the truck. The 40 minute drive to Monument sure beats the 6 hour drive to Durango, and there was no waiting in line. We walked in and he handed us the keys! I can't thank you enough.

I was her employer and I FIRED her crazy ass, and she attacked me and threatened myself and my child with a call to CPS. The hotel, MyPlace, called 911, and I left and went to the 7-Eleven to call 911 because she wouldn't stop running her mouth at me. The Monument PD was helping out EPCSD, as they didn't have any officers to send to me. The Monument PD filed the third degree assault charges that SHE pressed against ME, but they FAILED TO FILE THE CHARGES I PRESSED AGAINST HER. So, now I have charges filed against me in court for third degree assault and I have to go to court and be treated like a criminal I, but this woman who attacked me has no charges filed against her. This woman literally left marks all over my face and shoulders from her fingernails. It was VERY CLEAR that I had been been assaulted, and they didn't file charges against her? What the hell is wrong with you people? This is some of the shoddiest police work I've ever seen in my life. I'm so angry at them right now, I could spit nails. How hard is it to file one piece of paper ?

Sgt. J. Levoit, in particular, I had the most dealings with. This man probably hates my guts (I'm diagnosed PTSD, along with autism and ADHD, so Im a handful to deal with in high stress situations) but he was still nothing but courteous and patient with me. Exemplifying what REAL police work is, this officer was able to make both myself and another individual shake hands and end a very exaggerated situation all stemming from a simple miscommunication among men who in the end both had hurt feelings and really just wanted to be friends anyway. This could have went a whole different way, but when police actually want to help, they are able to, and I am thankful for these kinds of cops, especially Officer Levoit, even if the feeling isn't mutual lmao. Thanks Officer Levoit, I hope something good happens in your life for the good you have done here.
