They have been taking care of our new house since we moved in 5 years ago. No pest problems to speak of. Great work!

Scott is excellent to work with. He is very knowledgeable, respectful of the property, and kind. Happy to work with him again. We have seen a reduction in insect/spider activity since Omnis began its services read more

Jon greeted us at the door and asked if we had any concerns or problems inside. He suggested moving bait station since the dog was way too interested in it. He let us know when he was done. Very pleasant technician. read more

We have been a loyal customer of routine treatments for years, so it saddens me that when I had an issue, Omnis went dark on me. We have our home listed and had wasps got into the house. As you can imagine, this is a huge deterrent to potential buyers and I needed the problem resolved quickly. It took well over a week for them to go out to the property, and then they assured me that a good fogging would resolve the issue. Well, it didn't. And when I called for further assistance, they requested pictures of the wasps since they were apparently too busy to go to the property again and didn't trust the technician's initial diagnosis. We don't live in the home, so this creates a chore for us, with them being unwilling to follow through on their work. I have been dealing with Bryce directly and still have had no follow up, though he has told me 2x that he'd go out himself. I now have to go find another pest control service to do what Omnis won't. Our years of loyalty to Omnis got us very poor service in the end. read more

Jon was our technician today and he was very personable and knowledgeable about all things pest related! He explained exactly what he was working on and next steps for the future. I really appreciated his upbeat, can-do attitude. We feel like we're in great hands with Jon as our technician and Omnis Pest as our new creepy crawly preventive pest partner! :-) read more

Long time customer with quarterly service today. Technician, Jon arrived on time, asked if I had concerns, listened, explained the services he was performing and why. Jerry is FANTASTIC! He's professional, courteous and accommodates all my requests. I really appreciate his service!

I have been working with Scott, at OMNIS to try to trap some raccoons in my yard. Scott is as big an animal lover as I am, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about all different kinds of animals. He is kind and compassionate with the animals and what is wonderful is that he (Omnis) relocates rather than euthanizes what they trap. So far, he has been able to trap and relocate one raccoon and one gorgeous black fox. The remaining three raccoons have been more elusive and more difficult to catch, but Scott has the patience of a Saint! Over the years we have used other companies, but Omnis is the very best by far. Everyone with whom I have dealt in their office is just as wonderful as Scott.... read more

The technicians always arrive on time, are friendly and listen to my concerns. This last visit Tyson spent time making a permanent barrier so the mice couldn't get into our garage where they chewed through the weather stripping. I appreciate him taking the time to make it a permanent fix. read more

Great company! Our Technician Dale was so sweet and knowledgeable. Definitely glad we booked Omnis for our pest control needs.

At my initial call could tell the owner new exactly what the pests were out here, their patterns, and how to combat them. He answered all my questions and knew exactly how to take care of the yellow jacket highway under the siding near our front door. The technicians came out and took care of everything as promised. After one day the yellow jacket highway came to a "dead stop." I will definitely be returning to Omni. read more

It was our good fortune to find Brice when he first started his company because we bought our home years before we moved in and it was vacant other then when we came for a visit. Brice only hires the best people and they do a wonderful job. We are thankful that we did not hire someone else because other companies that we have hired for other properties we have just have not been as conscious and professional. Also Scott is always on time. read more

I live in Crystal Valley where, before our new houses were built, was ranch land. As I sat on my back porch last summer I saw mice and voles busily running around in my yard. My neighbor recommended Omnis Pest Control. Omnis came to my house, placed a bait box and carefully sprayed for all sorts of pests. I signed up for a package. They followed up each quarter. I haven't had any pest problems since. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend their services. read more

Scott came out that day and took care of a couple of troublesome mice and has been servicing our home on a quarterly basis for the past two years and we couldn't be happier. Came out promptly to take care of my ground wasp problem. After a few days, wasps returned. I called them back out. I called again a couple days later, and they indicated they came out and sprayed a second time. After a few days, still had wasps. I called and left messages twice, and sent them an email. They did not respond to any attempts at contact. I finally called another company who took are of the problem. Never again. read more

We have been battling a gopher problem in our front yard for 9 months. We first noticed damage in our yard last fall. We call Omnis Pest Control and they said it was a gopher. Because it was almost winter and the gopher was getting ready to hibernate, they said to call them back in the spring. We called them in April when we noticed a lot of new burrows and dirt piles in our yard. Omnis came to our home and placed poison oats in the burrows. Long story short, they had to come out 5 times before our gopher problem was solved. After 4 visits, despite poison oats and traps, the gopher was still alive and caused significant damage to our yard. I left Omnis a message and said we would be calling another company because we weren't getting results. The owner, Bryce, called right back and said he wanted to make things right. He came over and strategically placed several traps. After 24 hours, the gopher was finally trapped. Thank you Bryce for being diligent and following through. read more

I have used Omnis Pest Control for 6 months now and couldn't be happier. Our biggest problem was mice due to the scrub oak we live around in Castle Rock. They have stopped the little critters from using our house as theirs. I know Omnis will always be here when scheduled and confident they will see I never have a rodent problem again. read more
