Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. If you need a service like this, I sincerely doubt you'd be disappointed. We certainly haven't been. We look at them as more than just a service company for us. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

After hearing what was going on, Daniel was upfront and honest that he didn't want to take the job because what he could offer wouldn't provide a permanent solution. He didn't make a dollar from our conversation, but he absolutely earned my respect and future business. It's refreshing to deal with someone who puts honesty and helping people ahead of simply making a sale. I'll definitely recommend Daniel to others and won't hesitate to reach out to him if I need his services in the future. Thanks again, Daniel! Really appreciate your time and advice.

4 Seasons Pest Management is an absolute 10 out of 10!! I was in dire need of a pest control…read morespecialist during an agonizing ordeal with my HVAC system. As I learned at the beginning of that process, rodents had chewed through lines causing extensive damage. Because of this I immediately contacted 4 Seasons. As an RN, I have no knowledge whatsoever related to rodents. I wanted to receive a quote and obtain further information about the overall undertaking that would occur. The owner responded to my call for help right away. He was extremely professional, courteous, and had extensive knowledge relating to my issue. He met with me at my home and was able to create any easy and safe plan to eliminate this concern that caused me so much stress. After taking the time to explain how to solve my problem, I decided to hire the company to assist me with any other issues involving "pests". I haven't had ANY occurrences since first hiring 4 Seasons. The value of the company's service is very affordable in this Economy. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend 4 Seasons Pest Management. 5 out of 5 stars

We easily caught it using a humane trap and re-located it yet in a few days, another little mouse appeared in the house. Again, we humanely caught and re-located the new mouse, only to have this routine go on and ON. We thought we were very savvy, looking at every possible point of entry: stuffing copper wire meshing in all suspicious little holes surrounding our foundation & even put stucco in a few bigger openings. However, one at a time, mice kept sneaking into our home! We found Steve & his company Elite Animal Control on an internet search and reached out to him. Within one day, he came over, spent a great deal of time really inspecting & investigating all possible openings. He took his time (and expertise) to eliminate ALL imaginable entrances. However, another little mouse was seen and again we humanely caught/re-located it and then called Steve. THIS situation kept us on our toes for a few weeks...Steve came back a few times and with each visit he discovered a different opening until-NO MORE MICE!!! Steve is, first of all, a VERY thoughtful, intelligent, clever and caring man! We could tell he was SO experienced in the business of thinking like a mouse! AND! He NEVER advocated for harming the mice-yet he did share he has had some jobs which required many means of rodent removal. He has a construction background and clearly understands how foundations, walls, insulation, ducts, plumbing, floors, etc all fit together AND could be ideal places for mice to march in & live. We learned SOOO much from Steve (& we thought we knew a lot!). We HIGHLY recommend Steve & Elite Animal Control to help you with ANY critter-issue you encounter. He is kind, knowledgeable, caring and REALLY knows how to solve animal control issues!

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONSLISM - Kenny, the owner at Peak Pest Control, is…read moreabsolutely extraordinary. He always demonstrates superior knowledge, fast efficient service and old-school customer service (the type that is hardly seen these days). We have two precious golden retrievers who run around out yard, so I'm always nervous about doing Pest Control and keeping them safe, but Kenny and his team are amazing. We recently had a problem with mice and our dogs were chasing them and trying to catch them. Kenny's team came out and made sure to put mice bait boxes in areas that were effective but protected our dogs. It's been about a month and no more mice!! We had a gigantic yellow-jacket nest embedded in-between 2 newly planted evergreen trees (that we didn't want to disturb because they're trying to take root) in our master bath courtyard; the yellow-jackets would fly into the warm bathroom when we were showering (my husband got stung 3x). Anthony came out and "powdered" that area once, and told us not to water there for 5 days, but we had 2 days of torrential rains immediately follow and the jackets were still there a week later. I called Anthony and explained, and even though it was not Peak Pest Control's fault that the heavy rains washed away the powder, Anthony didn't hesitate; he sent Anthony back out the very next day to repeat the service, which worked beautifully. No more yellow-jackets!! What an incredible company--incredible knowledge, skill, professionalism and INTEGRITY. It's rare (sadly) to find a company like PPC nowadays !! I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!

I scheduled a call with them to come remove a wasp nest so the HVAC guy could do this work safely…read more I thought we were good to go but then I get a message the morning of the appointment that they cancelled the service call because I don't have a card on file. I'm not doing recurring services with you, so you don't need my card on file. That's a super sketchy policy if it's a hard requirement to do any business with this company that you must entrust them to keep and store your card information safely. If I'm doing a one time service call with you, you don't need to save my information anywhere, or how about acting like every other company and send me a bill or invoice for the deposit and final cost and I'll just pay it. What really irritated me though is not a single courtesy call that the appointment would be cancelled, no attempt to explain, nowhere on the one time service call agreement I signed did it say anything about auto-cancellation. I responded to their cancellation message and they didn't even have decency to reply. In the end it was easy money they left on the table for what ended up being a quick, simple task. I would avoid this company due to some sketchy business practices and lack of professionalism.
