It was a great experience on the walk though and site inspection. I was absolutely captivated by the notion of humane pest management because my fiancé is vegan - but I didn't quite understand how it works. When asked if their treatment was poison, they vehemently denied it was poison, because it was all natural and safe. But when pressed on how it would actually get rid of the mice, they said they would become dehydrated, run outside for water but then later they said they would "mummify" so it did not smell. Well, my fiancé does not understand, if the dehydration is lethal, why isn't this poison. Are we killing them or repelling them. If pellets are supposed to be left out - what are we to do about mouse droppings mixed among pellets? read more

They came into my house with less than an hours notice on a Sunday at noon, They left their tools scattered around my house, and I had to clean up after them - and just learned they broke into my home to retrieve their ladder? The worst was charging my landlord $200 to spread pellets that cost 15 bucks at Walmart. I'm writing this review because they chose to criticize the food that was in my kitchen that I had cooked for breakfast in their invoice to my landlord. The describing my soda water as a beer ... This is textbook libel and A gross misuse of a business invoice. Even worse, this company can see that one trap set off another trap - yet chose to describe it as a trap not set, despicable, and clearly just a favor they did for their friend because he is famous. They recommended a method to detract the raccoon from coming back and gave me very reasonable rates to repair the areas of my roof. Their cost to remove the animal (and babies) had we found it was VERY reasonable, especially compared to the first company I had out!
