These guys are a scam. They warranty their work for 2 months, which is a joke. For example, wasps spray pheromones to let other wasps know safe places to nest. So if these guys dont do their job right the wasps will come back. if they were legit they would warranty their work for a year. read more

Pest Arrest came out last year to handle a wasps nest and future prevention. I found the customer service to be great, offering plenty of information, knowledge, and different service options. Their high quality services have surely prevented wasps over the last year and was great value for a single visit. We will be looking to leverage them again for future pest needs. read more

A home we purchased in July has quite a large yard front and back! Unfortunately for us it hadn't been maintained in years. Completely full of Weeds and bare spots. Although late in the season to start clearing it up we hired Weed Man to help us out. It has been a great experience. It looks so much better already. Thomas our technician has been awesome answering all my many questions all the time. So happy to have him coming to our home! Looking forward to Spring treatments to begin again. Expect awesome results continuing on!! read more

This service in Lake County Illinois ...is very personable ! Family owned ! You can tell because the customer service is great ! They came the next morning after I called to give me a quote . Very affordable and effective ! read more

Very informative and helpful. Responsive I was worried about my animals but they had a full explanation of how pets were kept safe while pests were removed read more

Joseph was wonderful! We hired them for spider and other insect spraying. He walked through everything with us, cleaned up all the spider webs inside and out and sprayed throughout. They have a guarantee as well, so when we saw that we needed a little more spray, he came back with no questions asked (within in the warranty time.) We had the house sprayed in the summer and I just saw my first spider a couple weeks ago for the first time. Money well spent! I will be calling to book for a fall spray! read more

Pest Arrest came out in a timely fashion and left bait that took care of the problem within a couple of days! What I was using from local hardware stores was just not doing the trick. Thank you! read more

Called this company and spoke to an answering service They call back and I could not hear them from their cell phone. I called back and got directed back into the answering service where they said they would call them out of them call me back. I was having a rodent problem and was eager to hire somebody however they were very unresponsive got the runaround from the answering service and decided to go with a more reputable and reliable company read more

Absolutely LOVE these guys!!! Had mine/eat problems and they were out first estimate, really know their stuff and while not CHEAP... The pricing is very reasonable considering that this is simply an expensive service! Friendly knowledgeable staff, felt safe with them in our home, and best of all..... NO MORE VERMIN! read more

What a great choice! The technician arrived right on time and was courteous and professional, without trying to sell me things I didn't need and telling me about what solutions were available. These are NOT the kind of people who try to sell you on repeated treatments without offering a real solution from the get-go. Trust these guys! read more

After recently moving to the Parker Area we discovered that we had a pest problem, and the last thing we wanted was another problem. We reached out to Pest Arrest because they are a veteran owned business and cover the area we live in. From the beginning to the end of the process I can say it was done professionally with an emphasis on custom services. Brittany was extremely helpful and provided information that clearly covered the area of concern. Brittany was able to schedule Ethan to come out with a time that worked for us that same week. Ethan is very knowledgable and professional. He made it point to review what our issues were and provide guidance before he started working. He also made it a point to put shoe covers on which is extremely appreciated since we just had new carpet installed. Ethan's service covered our house inside as well as outside. I really appreciate that they did not force me to sign a contract. We are on the schedule for every 3 months but they let us know if we needed them before then or if we needed to push out the frequency it wouldn't be a problem. Great Job Ethan and Brittany. read more

Had a bit of a problem with some ants. Got in touch with Pet Arrest to remedy the problem. Wanted a solution that was people and pet friendly with a little one and some dogs in the house. Joseph from Pet Arrest showed up and walked through everything before he started the treatment. His attention to detail and thoroughness was top notch! read more

The process of arranging with Pest Arrest through Yelp was easy and helpful. The assigned professional, Joseph, was attentive, respectful, careful, communicative, arrived on time & ready to assess, inform, plan and discuss strategy/fee, then prepared to get to work same day to remove a hornets nest from inside our fireplace. Above and beyond what we expected. Thank you. read more

We were staying at our daughters house while she was away and noticed some pesty ants crawling around I called them and a wonderful technician ( Joseph) came out and explained everything to me. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable hiring them because of this. Work was done in a timely manner and all ants are gone. I will definitely call them again if any other pests decide to invade her home and will absolutely request Joseph as my technician. ( he's pretty easy on the eyes too!!!) read more

We had a mouse infestation and they came out and irradicated them with ease. After having to replace insulation in our attic from the Marshall Fire, they were kind to replace the bait packs! When I had a fly and wasp infestation, they came and sprayed. Highly recommend! read more

As a small business owner I make it a point to support other small businesses. I was so happy to read the reviews of Pest Arrest and to learn they are Veteran owned and operated (my husband is a Veteran). When we finally evicted our renters, we were left with a severe mice problem. Pest Arrest was prompt, professional and knowledgable. We have seen the results already and will have them come for the scheduled follow up later this week. Highly recommend - and they offer a 10% discount to Veterans. read more

My wife and I have had a persistent ant problem at our house. We have had several pest control companies come to our house to resolve the issue but the problem continued to persist even with multiple services by various other companies. We called Pest Arrest after our neighbor recommended them to us. Chris was very thorough and addressed the issue; and their services were reasonably priced. After one service the ants were gone and we have not seen them since. It has been about 1 month and still no sign of them; I wholeheartedly endorse Chris and Pest Arrest. read more

The proof of the pudding is awaited. Prompt, courteous, observant of Covid protocols. Good communication skills. More expensive than I'd anticipated, but if this turns out to be effective, it will be worth it. read more

We are very pleased with our experience with Pest Arrest! We had some ants that kept getting into our house so we contacted them. They were extremely kind, professional, and not pushy at all. They also took the time to educate us about the service for getting rid of the ants and answer any questions we had. It's been about two weeks since they provided the service and we have not had any ants in our house since then! We would definitely contact them for any future needs. read more

First, I hope nobody gets a mice and rat infestation in their home because it is terrifying and wreaks havoc in your house. However if you do have a rat or mouse problem, please call Pest Arrest right away to get it resolved. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were able to come out much quicker than expected when I told them how horrified I was with the rat and mice problem. I'm happy to report that I haven't seen any mice or rat activity since they've came out and did their magic. They are extremely professional and reliable. They understand the problem and will get it resolved. read more

I was able to schedule an appointment with Pest Arrest within a few days of my call. Michael (one of the service managers) came out and walked our property. Highly recommend using Pest Arrest. I asked to be called early for arrival and the technician did that and even came on the early side. Michael was our technician and he was very professional and walked thoroughly through the site and explained everything clearly. Found our wasp issue and hope it's gone. Too soon to use the warranty they provide but really good to know that have that included. read more

If you have vermin, hire Pest Arrest. Do not pass Go; do not collect multiple $X00 invoices from the major pest "control" companies for setting a couple of measly, ineffective traps. We started with one of those big companies -- but the mice got worse over the course of a few weeks, and then we got rats. Spoiler alert: the big guys don't care, they just want recurring monthly receipts. Our dog was terrified, and we could hardly sleep for all the noise at night. Save yourself the trouble -- Pest Arrest means business. They came out promptly, and things were better in less than 24 hours! We haven't seen or heard anything since. SO SATISFIED. Would hire these guys again and again... except they solved our problem! Great advice on when/how to follow up and refresh, too. Thanks so much! read more
