Dan came out promptly and took care of all the wasp nests in my yard quickly and safely. Price was better than any competitor.

I had a swarm of wasps that were nesting through an opening in my siding. I called Dan who came out right after our spring snowstorm. Dan told me that there was the possibility that the storm might have killed them due to the freeze. However, he checked all around the house to see if he could find any wasps. He also treated the area where the wasps had been nesting. Dan did not charge for his visit, and told me to call him if the wasps appeared after the weather was sunny and warm again. Thus far, I have not seen any wasps. If they appear in the future, I will certainly call Dan again. Not often do you find a person with this kind of integrity. Eco Tech came out to spray a hornet's nest for my house that I am renting out. It took me a while to get a hold of the technician to schedule a time to come out after I got an online quote (apparently the number on the website is the overall corporation # but then the local Denver people have separate phone numbers). Once I got a hold of him, we scheduled a date and time. And then I never heard from him again until I received an invoice via email. I would have expected him to let me know he was at the house or at least finished spraying at the house- let me know what he saw and what he did and that it was gone. My tenants just said the nest was gone so I did not follow up. I hire a lot of contractors for my properties and I'm used to some kind of communication or follow up so this was just odd to me. I appreciate the prompt and fair quote, the fact that he did come out, and that he sprayed it. read more

Dan responded almost immediately when I found a bed bug in my son's bedframe. He was thorough in his questioning and up front about pricing. His treatment recommendation was more expensive up front but that's because he uses heat AND chemical spray, which I didn't know you needed both. Even when I was considering other businesses, he made sure to tell me that, no matter who I chose for the job, I needed to make sure they used heat and chemicals. Eco-Pest Control is a local, family owned company. They do pest control for my home and restaurants and they do an excellent job. I have used several other competitors and Eco-Pest control is better by a long shot. read more
