The man was very friendly and assessed the situation before applying the application of the any spray. Unfortunately, the first spray didnt work but thanks to their guarantee, they came back out at no extra cost and after trying a different spray, our ant issue went away! We were very pleased with the process and even happier now that our pest priblem is a thing of the past! I feel like it's weird to be passionate about a pest control company but these guys were AWESOME. I reached out to multiple companies and they were extremely responsive and were the only ones that were able to give me a general quote without scheduling an inspection which was super helpful. Their rates were substantially lower than the other quotes I got. Matt was super friendly and prompt when he got here and they actually came up with a strategy that was even LESS than the original quote. He even offered to negotiate with the roofer to repair the hole on our behalf. Having squirrels in our wall turned out to be a much smaller PIA than I expected! Updated to add: we caught a squirrel in the humane trap within a couple hours of Matt setting it up. He came out after dinner to get the squirrel because it was snowing and he didn't want it to die. I am amazed at the professionalism and ethics from this business. I called because I thought I had carpenter ants. Most companies I called only want to set you up on a subscription, monthly treatment. But AP were happy to do a one time treatment. When they arrived, they told me I had misidentified them and they were harvester ants. He told me about them and let me divide if I wanted to treat for them. When I declined, he only charged less than half because he didn't use any chemicals. So great to find a company that operates like this. I will only use them if I need pest control again. read more

Truly the kindest mice killers I could have found!! I was very reticent to hire anyone to come kill these cuties, but after trying to capture them with humane traps and failing... I found these brothers through a series of serendipitous events! Tim took his time explaining the traps to me, where he thought he should put them and why. The traps can kill up to 15 mice! Best part is, they (are supposed to) leave your house to go outdoors looking for water... they dehydrate then die. :/ It's sad but honestly it's to the point where it's a necessity. I don't eat animals and try to eat only plant based because I love all creatures, but when you and your dogs health are also at risk... it's time to call the professionals!! I had a great experience working with AP Pest control. I had a pretty bad infestation of German Cockroaches in my apartment. I notified management and they sent one of their own people to dust the kitchen. The roaches came back that evening. So, I decided to search for professionals and found AP Pest control. They performed two spraying services two weeks apart. It did the trick. I haven't seen any cockroaches in the last two weeks. It feels really amazing having that problem taken care of. It's really nice to be able to make a cup of coffee in the morning and not have to check the cup for roaches; it was that bad. We had a couple of wasp/yellow jacket nests on our front door and yard. It looked like an infection may have been happening and we were no sure what to do.
