I noticed an ant problem on Friday night and had a response by Saturday! They explained how they treat for the ants and when they got to my house we did a small walk through and I showed them the problem areas. They sprayed all around the outside of the house, the basement and main floor. Before they left they made sure to ask if I would like the top floor done or if I had any concerns. They were very quick, efficient, professional, and kind. I would highly recommend this company. As for there price it did seem fair for the size of home. I had a possible bug infestation scare at a family members house this week, (And they were out of town so I had the task of resolving.) I found Splat! on Yelp and after seeing good reviews, called them for advice and assistance. Daniel is the owner and operator of the company and he spent quite a bit of time talking to me about the possible issue, (He gladly took multiple phone calls from me.) He answered any questions I had and then came out within 24 hours of my call to do an inspection. I cannot say enough about how helpful, patient, thorough and professional he was. I hit the motherload of great customer service in the pest control business and I dare you to find someone better! Called and reached Daniel - I told him about my wasp problem and he asked a lot of good questions. He wanted to make sure they do a good job, so he asked me to take some steps I was capable of doing before he came out. That way, he did not have to make two trips that I would be charged for and have a really big problem on my hands. Those questions were super valuable and I much appreciated it. When Splat arrived, they took care of my waspy house and provided me with a lot of good tips on do's and dont's. The price was also super fair considering all the tips and the quick service! They even offered to come back the next day on a Saturday if that visit did not eliminate the problem. Daniel is amazing. He was swamped and had no time, but went to The home of a very ill woman who had bedbugs and who was relying on around the clock care giving. His kindness (he went after hours for two days in a row) was absolutely incredible. Not only that , but he was able to treat her house for bedbugs with something that was safe for her in her seriously compromised condition. He was nice and polite but didn't do the whole job as we talked about. He was suppose to do the kitchen bathrooms and outside area he only did the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. He didn't do up stairs For sure and I'm not sure if he did outside . For 250$ wasn't worth it even if there wasn't any bugs it should of been sprayed down as it was talked about . I called Daniel because of the positive reviews I saw on Yelp. I am so glad I did. I have a bad odor in one of the bedrooms in my house and thought it might be from mice in my crawlspace. Daniel spoke to me for about 15 minutes to evaluate the issue. He came to the conclusion that it was not a pest issue and gave me a few suggestions on what I could try to get rid of the smell. Instead of just coming out and charging me like most other companies would have done and not fix the problem he actually spent time with me to figure out the problem. Splat literally came out the next day after I called them and were so informative! Gave me the full set up with the run down of how this works and what was to be expected. After, we did an inspection of our house and found a ton of mice.. debris to put it nicely. We cleaned it up immediately and crossed our fingers for Splat's amazing little black boxes to do their magic. While here, we also received a complimentary spray for bugs in our basement and surroundings. I haven't seen a spider since and man were we plagued with them in the basement! Now, after two or so months, I'm finally able to report that Splat DEFINITELY worked on our mice problem as well! We cleaned and have waited everyday waiting and expecting to see more "debris", but nothing! Now, thanks to Splat, at this time of year I can really say, "Not a creature was stirring, not even a MOUSE!" :) Aside from my obviously personal feelings, I would also like to say that their prices were reasonable and actually very competitive. He was able to spray and remove the nest which was quite large at around 10-12" in diameter.
