Instead of solving the issue, it felt like they stirred things up and left us with even more wasps than before. To make matters worse, they were almost always late and when they came it seemed like they almost pretended to spray and got out as fast as they could. We gave them multiple chances to fix the problem, but they never followed through or showed any real concern about the ongoing issue.
