We have never had a major pest issue before, so this whole process was new for me. I reached out to Monster Pest Control after seeing some reviews here on Yelp, and I can 100% say that this company is a good company. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the process their company and workers went through to help in a situation like ours and answered more questions the second time we called to confirm an appointment. A man by the name of Mark showed up right on time at our house two days later for a free inspection. He was very jovial and informative. He quickly diagnosed which kind of ants we were dealing with and quoted us a very fair price and was able to treat the interior and exterior at the same appointment. He went out of his way to show us where he believed the ants were coming in from and some preventative measures we could take to not have this issue again. Overall, my experience with this company was excellent and I'd highly recommend any friends or any of you to give this company a try if you have any pest control needs!

Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

After hearing what was going on, Daniel was upfront and honest that he didn't want to take the job because what he could offer wouldn't provide a permanent solution. He didn't make a dollar from our conversation, but he absolutely earned my respect and future business. It's refreshing to deal with someone who puts honesty and helping people ahead of simply making a sale. I'll definitely recommend Daniel to others and won't hesitate to reach out to him if I need his services in the future. Thanks again, Daniel! Really appreciate your time and advice.

My husband & I discovered a mouse living in our home when the weather started to become cool last…read morefall. We easily caught it using a humane trap and re-located it yet in a few days, another little mouse appeared in the house. Again, we humanely caught and re-located the new mouse, only to have this routine go on and ON. We thought we were very savvy, looking at every possible point of entry: stuffing copper wire meshing in all suspicious little holes surrounding our foundation & even put stucco in a few bigger openings. However, one at a time, mice kept sneaking into our home! We found Steve & his company Elite Animal Control on an internet search and reached out to him. Within one day, he came over, spent a great deal of time really inspecting & investigating all possible openings. He took his time (and expertise) to eliminate ALL imaginable entrances. However, another little mouse was seen and again we humanely caught/re-located it and then called Steve. THIS situation kept us on our toes for a few weeks...Steve came back a few times and with each visit he discovered a different opening until-NO MORE MICE!!! Steve is, first of all, a VERY thoughtful, intelligent, clever and caring man! We could tell he was SO experienced in the business of thinking like a mouse! AND! He NEVER advocated for harming the mice-yet he did share he has had some jobs which required many means of rodent removal. He has a construction background and clearly understands how foundations, walls, insulation, ducts, plumbing, floors, etc all fit together AND could be ideal places for mice to march in & live. We learned SOOO much from Steve (& we thought we knew a lot!). We HIGHLY recommend Steve & Elite Animal Control to help you with ANY critter-issue you encounter. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONSLISM - Kenny, the owner at Peak Pest Control, is…read moreabsolutely extraordinary. He always demonstrates superior knowledge, fast efficient service and old-school customer service (the type that is hardly seen these days). We have two precious golden retrievers who run around out yard, so I'm always nervous about doing Pest Control and keeping them safe, but Kenny and his team are amazing. We recently had a problem with mice and our dogs were chasing them and trying to catch them. Kenny's team came out and made sure to put mice bait boxes in areas that were effective but protected our dogs. It's been about a month and no more mice!! We had a gigantic yellow-jacket nest embedded in-between 2 newly planted evergreen trees (that we didn't want to disturb because they're trying to take root) in our master bath courtyard; the yellow-jackets would fly into the warm bathroom when we were showering (my husband got stung 3x). Anthony came out and "powdered" that area once, and told us not to water there for 5 days, but we had 2 days of torrential rains immediately follow and the jackets were still there a week later. I called Anthony and explained, and even though it was not Peak Pest Control's fault that the heavy rains washed away the powder, Anthony didn't hesitate; he sent Anthony back out the very next day to repeat the service, which worked beautifully. No more yellow-jackets!! What an incredible company--incredible knowledge, skill, professionalism and INTEGRITY. It's rare (sadly) to find a company like PPC nowadays !! THANK YOU KENNY, ANTHONY FOR BEING SO EXTRAORDINARY !!
