Everything went well although he did not know whether or not the product was going to be harmful towards outside rabbits. Confirmed with the boss that it wouldn't. I went in the basement a couple hours later after he sprayed my garden level windows and there were water stains underneath the window sills. Very noticeable lines with drips. The owner was prompt at responding & I was hoping they'd fix our rat/mouse problem, but that didn't happen. I spent $149 bc we thought it might be a mouse, but a larger mouse or a small rat. I conveyed this to the young man, who states it was his first day on the job by himself, & he was in & out 10-15 min. He said they all have collapsible spines so it will eat the bait no matter what & die elsewhere. Sadly, over 5 weeks later & this critter is still alive. The "60 day guarantee" isn't a guarantee if nothing is upheld. I donated $149 to this company with no remedy for problem. Look elsewhere. Update: Again sir, I didn't leave out that this was a rat problem vs a mouse problem. I told the young technician this when he arrived that I'm not sure which, and per my statement above, I explained it verbatim. No real inspection was done. If you valued your customers, you wouldn't blame them for your shortcomings, whether your fault or your technicians. You stated you will refund my money & I did thank you for that. Was looking for spider control for my parents house in Wheatridge. They had a TON of spiders around and the nail in the coffin was when we saw two black widows (not why we chose this company though!). I called several places for quotes before settling on Black Widow Exterminators. Their prices were roughly in line with the other big competitors, but the thing that tipped me their way was that they were a small local company and they didn't require a year long contract of quarterly services (which every other big company did). I loved that this company gave the initial service and then a discount for repeat calls if you do choose to use them quarterly, though the owner said a lot of folks just use them twice a year as needed. Nice to have that flexibility and not be locked into a contract. For the service, they were able to be booked a couple days out and we had a Saturday appointment and they showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They use a sprayer that gets everything and is pet/people friendly so you don't have to leave while they do it. Also, they can get in teh crawlspace just from the opening and use their sprayer that shoots 50 feet (or something large) and covers it all without having to crawl down into there. We saw a couple spiders initially, which they warned us about because the spiders are trying to essentially run away from the stuff that's killing them, and since that first day there hasn't been a spider around since. It accomplished exactly what we were looking for. It's been about a month since the service and so far we are very pleased. With the Yelp deal it was a good deal and with no contract we can use them as often as we need it and only pay for what we use. Great deal in my opinion and I'd recommend them. read more

My experience talking to Paul, the owner (I'm assuming), was very rushed. He seemed put off that I was asking questions about the safety of the products. He seemed very annoyed that I had any questions at all. He was very short. I booked an appointment anyway. When the sprayer came out (very young man), he was polite, but did not take time to discuss where I would like the house to be sprayed. I have pets and so this would have been important. He was also very rushed because he had somewhere else to be (and he was 40 minutes late, might I add). When I had spoken to Paul on the phone he said that he used Suspend SC to spray. When I asked the young man what he had used he said Maxxthor and not Suspend. I understand that the products are similar, but I'm hightlighting the poor communication. After the young man had sprayed I asked him what he sprayed and he missed some spots where I knew there were widow nests. When I tried to ask him his opinion on where to spray he responded with, "You're the boss." Actually, my friend, you should be the boss in this instance. You are the expert. Not me. Will not be using the service again. next year I will buy my own product and do it myself if I need to. However, I read that the products they used kill bees. So, I might take my chances because we all know what's happening to the bees these days... The services was not worth the price simply because of the customer service (or lack of) read more

The guy that came out was professional friendly and listened intently to my mom describe all the various situations of encounters with baby and adult spiders.
