I recently discovered two racoons living in my attic and found Wildlife Inc via google. Perry was dispatched the next day for a Racoon Relocation Service and promptly set up two traps on the property. The racoons were caught that same night and Perry arrived the next morning to take the racoons and track the entries into my attic in case there were more than just the two racoons. After a few days of zero activity in the attic and traps, Perry was able to seal up the entries with steel mesh to keep any newcomers from attempting to find a new home up there. A waste of time. Stay away from this company if you value your time. I recently set up an appointment with Wildlife Inc. I specifically told them I wanted to talk with the representative when he arrived. Appointment day and time came. I got a text saying the representative will be here in 15 minutes. The representative arrived 30 minutes later - but never bothered to tell me he was present. I waited for the whole appointment time (9-11) but never heard a word. We do have cameras outside. I could see later their representative spent 18 minutes on our property. He was 10 feet from my front door but never knocked or called. Why??? I followed up with the Wildlife Inc about the proposal they had promised me after this happened. Their response? We decided not to do business with you. Do you think they might be professional and tell me that? No, we're just not going to talk to you again. Great way to treat customers. A woodpecker had made a 1 1/2" hole in an eave below my roof and it was not finished! My efforts to get it to stop were totally ineffective and that's when, after researching other companies, I called Wildlife, Inc. A team of wonderful men came and quickly identified a 2nd hole "in progress" in a different eave. The team went to work. They covered both holes with small, inconspicuous metal plates that birds would not be able to peck through (or even interested in doing so) and placed flash tape attached to small stakes to keep the birds away from the house. I really enjoyed meeting the team! They were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and focused on getting the work done. On a personal note, it was exciting to meet actual wildlife biologists and ask questions. I will recommend Wildlife, Inc. to my family, friends and neighbors. read more

We have a squirrel problem. Called them and they responded right away. The people were very nice and professional. Unfortunately the results were not very good. Two squirrels were caught the next day and nothing more for almost 3 weeks. Traps were moved and rebaited because apparently mice were stealing the bait. I watched squirrels walk right by the newly baited traps with no interest what so ever. Trapping wildlife is not a science and I knew that going in but given what we spent and how their program works I won't do this again. read more

Worse service I've ever received, called to have raccoons removed from my chimney. After saying it would cost $600 With a 90% success rate and adding on that I should cover 5 attic vents at $100 each I agreed. Little to no communication after day 1 and almost 3 weeks later the raccoons are still here. When I called to find out what's going on I was given attitude and then told it would be an additional $300 to have them removed from inside the house. Dispute my utter frustration I was never disrespectful or belligerent. I asked to let me think about this and I would call back. Right after, they cancelled the work order and still charged me the $500 for removal without removing anything. So I was charged this amount for them to throw a q-tip down the chimney with male raccoon smell and I had to pay whether it worked or not? Crooks! Then they threaten to put a lien on my home if I dispute the charge. read more

These guys are great! We had a bit of a squirrel issue in our back yard and Alex and Colton were professionals from the beginning. They advised us of the best way to rid the critters in the safest way. They even hung around for a few minutes and we were able to trap one of the squirrels before they left our home.
