Upon returning from a trip, we discovered that our home was under invasion by squirrels. They had made their way into our home through the chimney and there were other breaches. We called Wildlfe, Inc to address our newfound problem. They sent Pat to meet with us to develop a solution. Upon his arrival, he met with me to discuss developing a solution to address our situation. He listened to my concerns and then did a complete inspection of our home inside and out. We reviewed his assessment and he then provided a comprehensive plan to correct our problem. This included multiple pictures that documented situation in full. He also explained the correction plan in detail including all of the components in a clear and concise manner. He was very thorough. We agreed on the path forward and he took complete charge from that point forward. After making all agreed upon repairs and trapping and releasing numerous squirrels he documented all completed tasks with pictures. I would highly recommend Wildlife Inc to anybody looking for an honest, fair priced and knowledgeable pest control company. I did extensive research of all companies and Wildlife Inc lines up to be the best in town. I had a terrible infestation of rats in my basement that caused a lot of damage down there. The office scheduling people are friendly and inform you and explain well about the services they do. They got a tech out the next day for me! They inspected my house and basement for all traces of rats and where they were coming in from and getting back out. The infestation was pretty bad and Wildlife Inc took it on with confidence and understanding of what had to be done. In a short amount of time, all rats were gone. My super nice, shockingly knowledable and always on time Wildlife, Inc technician was able to effectively have our raccoon party friends in my attic out in under two weeks, including their little nasty devil offsprings. They tore my attic apart, wiring, support beams, HVAC system, and crapped everywhere! Nasty SOB's! I should have hired Wildlife Inc way sooner, of course my fault. A+ Professional and amazing company! My experience with this company was fantastic. I have had squirrels in my attic for over 8 months and not one other company could solve or deal with the problem. The squirrels would keep coming back over and over. It was a huge nuisance for my family and I to deal with. I had Wildlife Inc come out to inspect my property and the technician was thorough and detailed about what he had to do. They trapped all of the squirrels and removed them and relocated them safely. I had a female raccoon move into my fireplace flue and promptly have 4 cubs. While the animal wasn't aggressive, it was unnerving having it in the house. I called, based on a friend referral, and 2 days later, Pat arrived, "diagnosed" my squirrel issue, explained the process, answered my questions, and got cages set for capture and relocation. Our neighborhood in Centennial, CO gets its share of raccoons, foxes and coyotes. Raccoons, especially, have been a problem. Recently, one tried to make a home in my attic doing significant damage to the siding and roofing in several places. Perry from Wildlife, Inc. was quick to respond. Called out on 8/2/2018 for a problem my home was having with bats and bat droppings at my front door entrance and below the deck of my walkout basement. Andrew and his crew did an outstanding job rabbit proofing our crawl space. They moved rock, dug into the soil, and installed a metal mesh barrier against the foundation wall.
