Aug 2026 service call…read more Eric was out today. Incredibly professional and his attention to detail is awesome! Bonus, he's as kind as he is professional. Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. If you need a service like this, I sincerely doubt you'd be disappointed. We certainly haven't been. We look at them as more than just a service company for us. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

We moved into a new development and once they started building the street below us, we were…read morebombarded with displaced field mice. We put out traps we got from a big box store and although it helped alleviate their markings, we finally gave in when we saw some wood dust underneath one of our kitchen cabinets. I contacted Colorado Pest Pros via Yelp and he responded within a couple hours. They were able to come out within two days and lay down traps to see where the activity is. Justin arrived and he was super nice and helped to explain where he was laying down traps, what to look for, how the traps will help them see the activity, and make recommendations when they come back in two weeks on if any place around the house needs to be sealed off. I'm feeling much better knowing we have professionals helping us get this situation under control!

I had a great experience speaking with Daniel, the owner. I reached out about a wasp/bee problem…read morethat's been taking over my backyard. After hearing what was going on, Daniel was upfront and honest that he didn't want to take the job because what he could offer wouldn't provide a permanent solution. What really impressed me was that instead of just ending the conversation, he stayed on the phone with me and took the time to offer several ideas and suggestions for how I could handle the problem myself. He didn't make a dollar from our conversation, but he absolutely earned my respect and future business. It's refreshing to deal with someone who puts honesty and helping people ahead of simply making a sale. I'll definitely recommend Daniel to others and won't hesitate to reach out to him if I need his services in the future. Thanks again, Daniel! Really appreciate your time and advice.

My husband & I discovered a mouse living in our home when the weather started to become cool last…read morefall. We easily caught it using a humane trap and re-located it yet in a few days, another little mouse appeared in the house. Again, we humanely caught and re-located the new mouse, only to have this routine go on and ON. We thought we were very savvy, looking at every possible point of entry: stuffing copper wire meshing in all suspicious little holes surrounding our foundation & even put stucco in a few bigger openings. However, one at a time, mice kept sneaking into our home! We found Steve & his company Elite Animal Control on an internet search and reached out to him. Within one day, he came over, spent a great deal of time really inspecting & investigating all possible openings. He took his time (and expertise) to eliminate ALL imaginable entrances. However, another little mouse was seen and again we humanely caught/re-located it and then called Steve. THIS situation kept us on our toes for a few weeks...Steve came back a few times and with each visit he discovered a different opening until-NO MORE MICE!!! Steve is, first of all, a VERY thoughtful, intelligent, clever and caring man! We could tell he was SO experienced in the business of thinking like a mouse! AND! He NEVER advocated for harming the mice-yet he did share he has had some jobs which required many means of rodent removal. He has a construction background and clearly understands how foundations, walls, insulation, ducts, plumbing, floors, etc all fit together AND could be ideal places for mice to march in & live. We learned SOOO much from Steve (& we thought we knew a lot!). We HIGHLY recommend Steve & Elite Animal Control to help you with ANY critter-issue you encounter. He is kind, knowledgeable, caring and REALLY knows how to solve animal control issues!

We have never had a major pest issue before, so this whole process was new for me. I reached out to Monster Pest Control after seeing some reviews here on Yelp, and I can 100% say that this company is a good company. The lady on the phone was very nice and explained the process their company and workers went through to help in a situation like ours and answered more questions the second time we called to confirm an appointment. A man by the name of Mark showed up right on time at our house two days later for a free inspection. He was very jovial and informative. He quickly diagnosed which kind of ants we were dealing with and quoted us a very fair price and was able to treat the interior and exterior at the same appointment. He went out of his way to show us where he believed the ants were coming in from and some preventative measures we could take to not have this issue again. Overall, my experience with this company was excellent and I'd highly recommend any friends or any of you to give this company a try if you have any pest control needs!

I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!
