Aug 2026 service call…read more Eric was out today. Incredibly professional and his attention to detail is awesome! Bonus, he's as kind as he is professional. Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. If you need a service like this, I sincerely doubt you'd be disappointed. We certainly haven't been. We look at them as more than just a service company for us. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

I've used them multiple times for ants, wasps and spiders. They are always responsive and thorough.read more

Meanwhile, our pest problem has continued to get worse. We have rats, ants, and spiders throughout the property, and the existing traps were completely full and had not been serviced. Because there was no response, I had to go to Lowe's and spend over $80 of my own money on sprays, traps, and other pest control supplies. Since then, I have caught eight rats and had to bug-bomb the office due to an ant infestation. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect prompt communication and reliable pest control, especially when there are serious health and safety concerns. I would appreciate an immediate response explaining why my repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered and what steps will be taken to resolve this issue. My calls go unanswered with a full service agreement for pest control for a commercial office building.

EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONSLISM - Kenny, the owner at Peak Pest Control, is…read moreabsolutely extraordinary. He always demonstrates superior knowledge, fast efficient service and old-school customer service (the type that is hardly seen these days). We have two precious golden retrievers who run around out yard, so I'm always nervous about doing Pest Control and keeping them safe, but Kenny and his team are amazing. We recently had a problem with mice and our dogs were chasing them and trying to catch them. Kenny's team came out and made sure to put mice bait boxes in areas that were effective but protected our dogs. It's been about a month and no more mice!! We had a gigantic yellow-jacket nest embedded in-between 2 newly planted evergreen trees (that we didn't want to disturb because they're trying to take root) in our master bath courtyard; the yellow-jackets would fly into the warm bathroom when we were showering (my husband got stung 3x). Anthony came out and "powdered" that area once, and told us not to water there for 5 days, but we had 2 days of torrential rains immediately follow and the jackets were still there a week later. I called Anthony and explained, and even though it was not Peak Pest Control's fault that the heavy rains washed away the powder, Anthony didn't hesitate; he sent Anthony back out the very next day to repeat the service, which worked beautifully. No more yellow-jackets!! What an incredible company--incredible knowledge, skill, professionalism and INTEGRITY. It's rare (sadly) to find a company like PPC nowadays !! THANK YOU KENNY, ANTHONY FOR BEING SO EXTRAORDINARY !!
