I reached out to Bug Man from a Google search, and Pat responded promptly to my inquiry. She had John out the same day I called to get this quickly turned around. John arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection. He was very personable and professional. I printed the form they needed to fill out since it was same day service, and he returned it to me along with pictures that night! I was able to quickly provide this info to my mortgage servicer. The cherry on top - they charged less than half of what their competitor did that wouldn't bother to come out to Brighton from Arvada. I highly recommend Bug Man for quick, efficient, and professional service.

Called Sharp and spoke to Corey. Told him what I wanted, and he was understanding and didn't push a long term treatment. Was able to get it done within 24 hours. Was there when he did it. Saw him put down plenty of spray. Had a good conversation about the product, what the time line was, and how his warranty worked. Next morning, was pulling out of the garage and noticed a few dead crickets already! Haven't seen a spiders in the basement. You get good service that's quality from a great person, with a good price....with a WARRANTY. Use Sharp!

I cannot speak any more highly about Sean and his son. This family-owned business answered my call…read moreimmediately. I did not have to go through representatives or leave a voicemail like with other businesses -- I called and the owner directly answered my call. The services were offered a couple days after the request, based on their availability. Also, they were flexible with payment. My only criticism is of the process and not the vendor. When I read online, this process is 99% effective. I guess I am the 1%, as this vendor had to come out for round 2 of extermination. To Sean's credit, they honored their six-month warranty and did not charge me for a second round. The second round did the trick, and I've been bug-free since! Sean and Ryan are the salt of the earth. If you're looking for a small, family-owned business that's operated by trustworthy and genuine people, give them your business. I have no regrets about choosing them.

Big mistake, after a couple of days, they went deeper inside the house and found they're way in to the HVAC vents, they were coming out in our basement! Contacted Justin and he managed to come out later the same day. He drilled a couple of small holes in the drywall to dust and use some kind of steamer/compressor. Immediately, some yellow jackets came out all covered with white dust and died in the windows. After only 30 mins we have not seen a single one inside the house. He offered to come out and re-treat at no cost if necessary. If there's a next time, I'm calling Justin right away!

Finally I was referred to him by another company that didn't have any immediate availability and I'm so glad I was. I've had problems with wasp nests all summer - as soon as I'd get rid of one, two more would appear. Des came within 24 hours of me calling and not only got rid of the nests but sprayed the whole foundation of the house and outdoor furniture with an environmentally and dog friendly solution. When the stubborn little buggers came back, Des came back at no charge and re-sprayed with something stronger. I haven't had any issues since but it's great to know that if I do Des will be super responsive and prompt. My friend had a problem with flies in her house and and has a similarly positive experience, and the solution also works for other insects getting into your house through the foundation. Worth noting that he may call you back on a different number, so if you call and get a call back from a number you don't recognize, it's probably Des.
