Aug 2026 service call…read more Eric was out today. Incredibly professional and his attention to detail is awesome! Bonus, he's as kind as he is professional. Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. If you need a service like this, I sincerely doubt you'd be disappointed. We certainly haven't been. We look at them as more than just a service company for us. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

I've used them multiple times for ants, wasps and spiders. They are always responsive and thorough.read more

Avoid this company at all costs! They have predatory practices about signing up for their services,…read moreand even when you demand they cancel it, they keep charging your account. My mother-in-law has dementia and we found out they kept getting her to sign up for the service, even when she didn't need it. Her guardian called to cancel multiple times, they continued to give her a hard time and made it very difficult. We will attempt to cancel again as she no longer owns the home but they have charged her yet again. Luckily her bank info has changed. Horrible company!!

All we needed was a raccoon removed from our attic, but exterminator #1 said we needed a cage at $500 AND at least $6,000 worth of services, including removing our attic insulation and and siliconing the entire house. Huh? And, we waited days for him to come to our house. Soooo...we saw 5 star reviews for PestMafia and called Jeff. He is the owner operator and couldn't have been nicer, very professional, and said we didn't even need a cage. He put some rags, and loose shingles in the raccoon hole and came back the next day to see if anything had moved. No raccoon and a charge of $75!!! Jeff's number is 303-990-1218. We spoke on a Friday and he arranged to come out for a quote on Sunday. I emailed him back and asked if he would actually do a spraying that day if I decided to go with him. He sprayed that morning and by 5 pm, we were able to enjoy our backyard with our guests! 9 days later, my yard is still mosquito free! But all my bees are happily pollinating my flowers! I highly recommend Rayne and his services. He is very professional, very reasonably priced and he got rid of thousands of mosquitos! Plus he sprayed several wasps nests so they are gone as well!

Aside from removal (depending on the state of nesting and any babies), I was also looking for a long term solution to keep birds from nesting in the soffit of my home year after year. While Anchor Pest was open to working on my Townhouse, they also have good prices and their removal process eco- and nature-friendly, however they were not able to offer the permanent solution I so desperately need. The representative was very courteous and responsive to my messages and phone calls. They did offer a deterrent (scare balloons) but this was only for short term. (Installed in Spring with removal after end of season.) I was hoping for additional work that would include sealing off access but this was not offered. In all fairness, Anchor was very transparent about the work they do and may be a good option for others when dealing with different pest/wildlife issues.
