Because the infestation seemed to be spreading to other rooms, I finally gave up on Orkin and called Rocky Mountain Pest control. I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!

I'm not doing recurring services with you, so you don't need my card on file. That's a super sketchy policy if it's a hard requirement to do any business with this company that you must entrust them to keep and store your card information safely. If I'm doing a one time service call with you, you don't need to save my information anywhere, or how about acting like every other company and send me a bill or invoice for the deposit and final cost and I'll just pay it. What really irritated me though is not a single courtesy call that the appointment would be cancelled, no attempt to explain, nowhere on the one time service call agreement I signed did it say anything about auto-cancellation. I responded to their cancellation message and they didn't even have decency to reply. In the end it was easy money they left on the table for what ended up being a quick, simple task. I would avoid this company due to some sketchy business practices and lack of professionalism.

I called Orkin and although the call center told me they could be there that day (they actually could not) they were there in a couple of days and could not find a problem they left monitors for a few days and came back and saw nothing. When he called me he told me of his findings and also told me there would be no charge because they did not treat. Class company that I would recommend and use again.
