He is the owner operator and couldn't have been nicer, very professional, and said we didn't even need a cage. I called 3 different times, asking for someone from the branch who will be taking care of this to call me to confirm where we will meet so that I don't drive 1.5 hours to meet them at a designated spot and have them not show up.
