However, Project X delivered a quality renovation on time and on budget. Project X was referred to me by another business I trust (Stink Inc), after a failed cat urine remediation by another company for a property we own in Littleton. We were already way over budget thanks to this previous company who did a horrible job, so I was hesitant to have Danny come in and essentially re-do all of the work previously done. However, the big difference is that Danny and team were much more effective at identifying and finding the sources of odor and determining how to fix it. This entailed almost a complete gutting of the interior of the home, with the exception of the foundation, so it was neither quick nor easy. Did I mention I this was in another state? Being remote introduced more variables with Danny for even simple things like ensuring the odor was gone, picking paint colors, etc. However, Danny worked through all of these with me and was communicative and effective throughout the entire project. I would definitely use Project X again for a major project, even though I hope to never have to deal with cat urine again! I just wish Project X had offices closer to me as I'd definitely trust them to handle all of my renovation needs.

He explained everything to us - not just their work, but the plumber's work, insurance etc. he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He called us and kept us informed every step of the way and made sure the entire job was done professionally and perfectly. Our situation unfortunately was a pretty complex, messy, and stressful one. In a panic I called Brothers Restoration as a co worker had said they werer very polite and had removed mold from her home recently. I originally spoke with Luke on the phone and told him what was hapening, he said that he could be there in an hour to get the water damage under control and to turn off the main water valve downstairs. Brothers arrived and had me sign some paperwork to begin, they brought in lots of equipment quickly and began extracting the water immediately. They told me it would be in my best interest to file a claim on my insurance because the carpet padding and baseboards were soaked and they said mold could settle in if not removed and replaced. They worked downstairs for about 5 hours then came upstairs to explain the next steps and how long fans and their dehumidifiers would remain on. Luke and his brother Keith were very courteous and never talked down to me, they handled evrything from Insurance paperwork to getting us a new ceiling and carpets replaced. I believe that these guys are a great example of small business in Colorado and I would not hesitate to reccomend them. Five Stars because they genuinely cared about getting my home back to normal after the water damage was dried out.

Bobby came to clean our ducts and he was very nice and knew his business. Lots of hustle out of Bobby and he was careful with the furniture around our registers. I've had our ducts cleaned a couple of times, by different companies, but I do not remember them being as thorough as Bobby. Bobby started upstairs, worked each register and ducting, then moved to the main floor, and then ended up in basement, all while having the huge vacuum pulling all the dust out.
