Despite having a packed schedule, Mike came out to our property on a Friday morning so he could measure the damaged area and give us at least a ballpark idea of what we would be charged to see if we could still close on buying this house Friday afternoon. He was prompt, polite, and honest. He truly sought to give me the best service while staying as reasonable with price as possible. He was in constant communication with me and my mold inspector (Staci with EnviolCore, which is another glowing review). Shane came out and contained, remediated, and also kept in close communication with me. He also was fair and honest and understood we were on a budget. I would HIGHLY recommend All Dry to handle your water damage/mold problems. The great job they did has me feeling a sigh of relief and hope as we get ready to move into our new home!

I was panicked, it was after work hours, and I had no idea what to do. Thankfully, I came across K&D's phone number. It was an emergency and time‑sensitive situation, and their response was incredible. The team dried out the water damage the very next morning, tested for mold, communicated directly with my insurance, and within just a few days my tile and drywall looked better than ever. I had never filed a claim before or dealt with an issue involving multiple layers like tile, drywall, and plumbing, and I couldn't have handled it without them. Nate, the manager on the job, was especially great -- easy to communicate with and always on top of things. I'll be using K&D Development for any and all future projects on my townhouse in Lakewood.

This summer I managed to damage a sprinkler line during some landscaping work. I contacted Beto, and he was able to come out the next day (on a Saturday) for a repair, and even helped me troubleshoot another line to make sure the rest of the project should be good to go. Mary, my head house cleaner, listens attentively, and I can trust her to deliver high quality work, listening to my needs and preferences. I also recently hired Franco's Home Cleaning for exterior and interior window cleaning, and they did a better job than professional window washers, who used pressure washers! Mary and team, Sol, attentively cleaned all windows, by hand, even correcting the exterior window cleaning that was done last year, as well as dusting and cleaning the interior of the windows. The price was also extremely fair. I can't recommend Franco's Cleaning Service highly enough! They were nice, seemed knowledgeable and so I asked them if they could come out the following morning to do an assessment. They came out and told me it would be 50% down to get started. I was fine with this and paid the price. They did a great job at putting up plastic walls to quarantine the work. However, it took a very long time. Finally humidifiers were put in place with fans blowing to the outside. After stepping in water in the middle of the night, I had to figure out why one of the humidifiers was leaking. set up wrong so the water came out of the plastic hose, all over the floor. The plastic drain hose had to be placed into the sink so it would drain properly. This should've been a warning! When I received the final invoice ..., Sticker shock!!! (I was told to read the contract. They have the right to bill the customer more than the quoted estimate if the work goes over, that price. They can do this without informing the customer beforehand.) Pure Restore gave me a price which they told me would be 50% down to get started. I explained to Pure Restore that I was not turning the Claim into insurance, I was paying the bill myself. I confirmed that I would like to keep the price down and asked if they would communicate with me at every step in order to save money. However, communication from the office was very poor. The workmen were reluctant to explain things as we went through the process. The final invoice was a total shock! it was almost $12,000 more than the quoted price. When I attempted to speak with someone about the invoice I was told that the contract says the deposit is only a suggested price that the company can bill any amount over and above the quoted estimate. The explanations didn't amount to $12,000! I even explained that I took out all of the wet, thoroughly soaked carpet myself the charge was not taken off of the bill. I called several times to try and talk to someone about it to no success. After calling the general manager about broken granite, he gave me the runaround and treated me like I was ignorant. As soon as the work was done, I started getting getting invoices emailed, late notices texted and phone calls to pay the "late" invoice. No grace period..., Pure Restore told me they will start charging interest fees. I felt harassed and intimidated by the voicemails, emails and texts. I dipped into my retirement account and paid the enormous bill from pure restore. What a nightmare experience!
