Alpha came out to help us address a leak originating from the refrigerator in-line. I can't recommend them enough. JD, Uli and Zeke did a fantastic job! Alpha explained the work involved and provided a quote. Once the work was complete, we paid less than the quoted amount. They quickly removed wet materials, drywall, flooring, cabinets, but they only took out what was absolutely necessary. They also moved the refrigerator to the garage. They treated for mold and any nasty growth. They setup a sturdy containment area which included tension poles to ensure plastic walls are held up against the ceiling and they put up an air filter which helped improve air flow and air quality in the space. They setup several fans and dehumidifier. Their machines move a lot of air, but the motors on the machines are silent, so we still felt comfortable in the adjacent living space. The area was totally dry in less than 3 days. They cleaned up, put down extra temporary covering for the floor (helpful since we have pets) and put us in contact with a contractor to help us rebuild and close everything back up. Throughout this process JD was very patient and understanding, he answered all our questions and gave several helpful recommendations. More background: This is our second leak in the span of weeks. We had our first leak dealt with by a different company. One of those big business national water damage companies. I am using my mostly negative experience with the other company to inform this review. I have to say, the difference is night and day. Go with Alpha Restoration. read more

Not even sure where to start other than - Alpha Restoration was a pleasure to work with! From the first phone call - Jesse and Alex were amazing - sending both of them a serious and sincere THANK YOU - Jesse called me back within an hour of my initial call to request their help with a rental property that had a water leak and some mice in the basement. Jesse said he would have Alex come by the house - which he did ALSO within an hour. Alex assessed the property and gave us as very fair and reasonable quote AND he was able to start the job immediately! Alex was simply AMAZING, so professional, so efficient, so kind, so capable AND so hard working! So very grateful to meet him and for all of his help. Alex's co-worker Uli arrived a few hours after Alex - watching the two of them work together was impressive - they worked as a TEAM - they were efficient and they completed the job perfectly! Employees can make or break a business - AND they can contribute or contaminate... Alex and his crew were amazing contributors! In addition and specifically - the service requested was completed above and beyond our expectations. Alex's professionalism, hard work, commitment and dedication were exemplary. And again, the teamwork between Alex and his co-workers was very impressive. Alex's ability to manage the job and his team was outstanding! His communication skills were excellent! Alpha Restoration is a well run business - one you ALL should be so proud of. Thank you so much!! read more

I had a water line leak and my insurance did not cover it. Jesse was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. He was extremely patient and willing to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. He suggested a route that would cost me the least - trying not to rip anything out to try to save me money which was thoughtful. However, due to that mindset, his team did miss drying out some wet areas which caused the big loud obnoxious fans to have to stay in my tenants house longer. My tenants were told they'd have to deal with the fans for 3 days and they could not sleep with the fans on. The day they were supposed to be removed, more wet areas were discovered and the fans had to stay. When jesses team initially came out, I was the one who suggested looking in the bathroom to see if any moisture. Otherwise he was never going to check. Turns out there was moisture in the tile and it had to be ripped out. The first time his team came out to remove the fans, I asked the guy to check every single area again for moisture. He said everything was dry. I said wait can you double check this ceiling air bubble? And then he said oh it's very wet and a fan needed to be placed under it. The. I asked if he could double check the other bathroom because I was told the ceiling was a little wet last time and a fan was not needed. He checked and found the whole side wall was wet. He then had to cut a big whole in the wall in the bedroom and install a fan there too. Then he checked the kitchen and said all was dry. I asked him to double check the kitchen cabinet. Turns out that was wet too and a fan had to go there. Again I really appreciate how communicative Jesse was and how he wanted to try to save me money. He even gave me a discount bc I didn't have insurance. However, his team had to come out two additional times bc they overlooked some areas. My tenant was very very unhappy with their service and let me know it. The delay in the water mitigation delayed the remodel which then ran into scheduling issues with my remodelers which further delayed the repair so my tenants had to live in a disaster for 3.5 weeks. I felt so bad I compensated my tenants for the inconvenience. read more

After almost having a nervous breakdown over a leaking roof and finding mold in my kitchen walls, I was extremely lucky to find Jesse and his crew! He came out immediately and assessed the situation. He got back to be within a few hours, with a very reasonable estimate. I talked to at least 5 other companies, but Alpha was the most professional of all. They were great to work with and did a wonderful job getting my kitchen ready to put back together. Don't hesitate to hire them, they are great to work with! read more

As a listing agent, I called Jesse to schedule an inspection for my client after finding out through a routine home inspection that there was possible mold in the crawlspace. Alex and Zeke met me at the property the next day on a Friday, inspected the entire basement and crawlspace, took pictures and explained where all of the mold issues were. They knew we were on a tight deadline to get the work completed, and came out the following Monday (a holiday) to get everything done for us. Alex & Zeke were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable! They gave us an excellent price, and the service they provided was top notch! I highly recommend Alex & Zeke for any mold issues you need mitigated. read more

When my basement completely flooded, Alpha Restoration came to the rescue! They had a team out here within an hour of me calling and got things rolling right away, alleviating my concerns with freezing and cracks since it was starting to snow. They had enough dryer fans available to tackle both my basement and bathroom at the same time. Jesse, my main contact, was very responsive. He explained what the team was doing and why, and he followed up with me after the work was complete to ensure I was happy, even coming out and testing for mold because I was concerned (there was no mold because the team did a fantastic job, I was just paranoid). I really hope nothing floods at my house again, but if it does, I would call Alpha Restoration in a heartbeat. read more

Jesse and his crew did a fantastic job after our washing machine broke and flooded our kitchen area and part of our living room. He came and quickly did the water mitigation work to make sure no additional damage was done. Later, he and his team worked with our insurance to get our floors replaced. Now you can't even tell that anything ever happened. This all happened while we were just having our first child so he was very responsive to our needs and worked with our complicated schedule. If we ever need this type of work done again, we know that we will be calling Alpha. read more
