You will never have to chase them for information, explanation, pricing, or anything else. They are upfront, on time, professional, and know the insurance industry inside and out. Jared was the main contact assigned to us and he was the absolute best. He was an utterly outstanding provider. He explained everything to us - not just their work, but the plumber's work, insurance etc. he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He called us and kept us informed every step of the way and made sure the entire job was done professionally and perfectly. Our situation unfortunately was a pretty complex, messy, and stressful one. Jared, Ryan, and John made it as easily as it could possibly be. This company truly looks out for the little guy and fights for you! I would absolutely recommend them over anyone else.

They carefully isolated the work area to contain dust and contaminated material and kept the disruption surprisingly minimal. Gilbert was the standout. Nobody wants to need a restoration company, but if you do, you want RestoreCo.

We contracted CNTC based on some very positive feedback from friends to remodel the downstairs…read morebathroom and add a walk-in closet (not pictured) to our 1970s-construction home. This was more than a total gut job, with scope including: new supply plumbing, breakers, wiring, floors, shower, window, and ceilings. Needless to say, we needed a GC who could bring a breadth of experience. I'm not going to add the before pictures, but the old bathroom was in complete disrepair, poorly laid out, and badly dated--the results, we feel, are beautiful and functional. Sean and I selected the tiles and fixtures--Carlos was very flexible with building our vision for the space. CNTC was creative working around constraints such as proximity to the foundation, immobile ducting, and drain lines for the upstairs bathroom. He rolled with the punches when new issues were discovered to make sure the work got done right. The crew was polite, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. 10/10, will use again.

The second time was much more minor, but they came by in the middle of the evening, and got EVERYTHING taken care of! Not every detail has been perfect, but everything that has gone awry, they have bent over backward to make right. Which, to my mind, is the best part. Thank you SO MUCH to Forrest and the guys at 24/7! You guys are the best!

There's a reason why Puroclean gets five star reviews!…read more After a burst pipe caused two waterfalls coming from the ceiling directly into our spare bedroom the first week of winter vacation, I gave Puroclean a call to help with cleanup after realizing I was way over my head and seeing their reviews on Yelp. Although they were busy with many other burst pipe cleanup calls due to the extreme cold weather we had just experienced, Chase was at our home within an hour of my initial call. He immediately put my mind at ease and developed a game plan to return things back to normal. Chase and Anthony visited each day for a week to check on progress, move equipment around and gave me updates along the way. They have great communication, always let me know when they would arrive and were absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to give them a call. A truly class act company.

We went through our insurance company on a damages and they sent out PuroClean for the estimate…read more The estimate overlooked multiple items that needed repair and they had to go back and forth to readjust which delayed the project. After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.
