He told me the sound was a tree scratching against my house. After sending him a recording of the sound a day later, he insisted again that he had been doing this for thirteen years and it was not an animal. After huge frustration and $100 later, I ended up calling Roger over at AAAC Wildlife Removal (970) 237-3585. He found a squirrel within an hour, picture attached. He was great, kind and respectful. He believed me. DO NOT GO to First Choice. Eric just offered me a refund.

I reached out to Bug Man from a Google search, and Pat responded promptly to my inquiry. She had John out the same day I called to get this quickly turned around. John arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection. He was very personable and professional. I printed the form they needed to fill out since it was same day service, and he returned it to me along with pictures that night! I was able to quickly provide this info to my mortgage servicer. The cherry on top - they charged less than half of what their competitor did that wouldn't bother to come out to Brighton from Arvada. I highly recommend Bug Man for quick, efficient, and professional service.

Upon completion of the work, I reviewed the invoice and matched against one of their competitors who came in around 30% cheaper. I would expect not all service companies to be equal but when "Market Rates" are referenced on an invoice and don't seem to match other "Market Rates", that's a red flag for me. After trying to have a conversation multiple times with no return call or reply from the owner, they instead threatened to put a lien on the home. I would recommend getting multiple quotes for this type of work. Rocky Moutain BioHazard, sad to say, seems to take advantage of folks in great times of need.

There's a reason why Puroclean gets five star reviews!…read more After a burst pipe caused two waterfalls coming from the ceiling directly into our spare bedroom the first week of winter vacation, I gave Puroclean a call to help with cleanup after realizing I was way over my head and seeing their reviews on Yelp. Although they were busy with many other burst pipe cleanup calls due to the extreme cold weather we had just experienced, Chase was at our home within an hour of my initial call. He immediately put my mind at ease and developed a game plan to return things back to normal. Chase and Anthony visited each day for a week to check on progress, move equipment around and gave me updates along the way. They have great communication, always let me know when they would arrive and were absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to give them a call. A truly class act company.

After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

Terrible communication. I asked questions over email before deciding to schedule an initial…read morecleaning. It took several follow up emails just to get all my questions answered because they kept writing return emails without having fully responded to the questions I asked. Then they showed up on the scheduled day for the cleaning at the wrong time. I wasn't home, and my babysitter turned them away, not knowing what to do because I hadn't told her anything about a cleaner coming (they showed up at 1:45pm and had been scheduled for an arrival time - in writing over email - of 3-3:30pm.) I had scheduled the cleaning on a Friday with my mother arriving for a visit on Monday, and there was not time to reschedule again before she showed up, ruining my plans to prepare for her arrival. I did try to see if Scout wanted to rectify the situation, but after emails and calls to them that same day I got NO RESPONSE whatsoever. This company does not have its act together, and has terrible customer service when something goes wrong. I at least expect a response to my communication, and I didn't even get that.
