My wife & I have been using M.R. Hauling for over a decade. We've never had any issues and find Mr. Perconti and his employees to be very polite and truly concerned about pleasing their customers. We can highly recommend M.R. Hauling to all.
Example of their 'taking care of the customer': A couple year ago we did major Fire Mitigation on our land. We paid Punch List Professionals $8,500+ to remove and Haul Off Scrub Oak, some trees, etc. They generated over 80 cubic yards of 'slash'. But PLP way over loaded the dumpsters to completely overflowing and falling all over the ground. PLP's hauling company (HBS) refuse to pickup the dumpsters until the contractor emptied them to 'level with the top of the dumpster'. Not HBS's fault. They were hired by PLP who was told verbally and in writing on the contract that dumpsters loaded higher than the top edge would Not be hauled. HBS would be fined for hauling overloaded dumpsters and the owner of PLP admitted he knew that.
After Two Months of back and forth with PLP, PLPs owner told us, "It's your problem. I don't own the dumpsters and don't care if they ever come get them! If you want to try and sue me, go ahead! I've got good lawyers and been sued many times and always won!". (That was PLP's response to defaulting on their contract with us.) .
M.R. Hauling was kind enough to work into a difficult area of our property and offload the "Overloaded Slash" PLP had put in and all around the dumpsters. It was a difficult job and took a great deal of skill and hand labor for Tony and his crew to do this work. Because we've been a regular customer of M.R. Hauling and we were in obvious trouble, Mr. Perconti not only took on the job to help us but only charged us $40 for probably 3+ hours work for a couple people and a 1/2 truck load of slash. Thank You M.R. Hauling! read more
