After multiple attempts at getting a…read morereceipt for my reservation, to no avail, reconfirming my email address and contact info multiple times, Mark passed me off to his manager John. Both were unsuccessful in securing the dumpster needed and scheduled for drop off. Neither were apologetic in their lack of service to their new client. The dumpster was not delivered, and my contractor drove over 2 hours to get to the property for demo, only to find out that the dumpster was not there, as promised it would be. After stating that they tried to get a hold of me, they did more research in trying to find out who was "in the wrong" me, or their incompetent message taker Mark. Beware GC's if you need a dumpster, do NOT contact Red Box for Woodland Park area.

I found Mountain Men Moving and Storage online, called and they said they could have someone to pick them up within the hour. The big green truck pulled up, two people hopped out (Nic and Lisa) and they immediately grabbed the storage containers, brought them onboard and tethered them to the truck. They followed me to my house and helped me place one in my basement (some tough corners and tight turns to do this) and one in my garage. They were friendly, polite and professional. There was no damage to my house, the floors, walls or the cabinets. I will use them again in the future.

We had the plan set and then CO got his with a huge unusual snow storm. Tim contacted me immediately to coordinate an alternate date. This was a bit problematic as my son needed to be out of his place by a specific date. Tim worked with my son and his Landlord to develop a plan where my son could relocate the stuff from the home to the landlords location. Tim then coordinated with the landlord to pick up the stuff at the landlords place while my son was out of state visiting friends. All this at a very reasonable cost. Tim was instrumental in helping with the coordination between me, my son and the landlord. Tim provided what I call the 'Effortless Customer Experience'. Not customer service full of 'unicorns and rainbows' that we soon forget But rather, he made solving my problem 'Effortless' which is the type of customer service I remember. I would highly recommend Steven's Family Junk Removal. Thanks Tim!!!!!

Team Haul Solutions was a fantastic budget resource for me. They did not charge extra for the truck…read moreand I got three movers an hour for the price where others offer two movers an hour. Their "truck" was a sizable trailer, not your typical moving truck. I had them move one bedroom's furniture, and living room/kitchen furniture, and it took about 3 hours, which is what I expected. I'd previously hired other movers who pressured me to wrap everything which takes time and money, but they also had dollies and could take large pieces of furniture down stairs so they may have been slightly more efficient. These guys were more careful with my furniture and may have been less efficient but were very hard workers. Hope this helps you decide to choose them!

The morning of the move, their truck unfortunately broke down, but they adapted quickly by using a trailer instead so the move could still happen as scheduled. Although it required two trips between Aurora and Thornton, they handled the situation well and got everything completed. I especially appreciated their willingness to partially disassemble my couch to fit it through a stairwell and doorway, then put it back together afterward. Overall, the team worked hard, stayed positive despite the unexpected issues, and got the job done for an affordable price.
