Expert Disposal contacted me after I wrote a negative review on a price change without notification and a dumpster not being delivered when expected. They apologized for the misunderstanding(s) and corrected the problem. As stated before their drivers are very good in placing the dumpsters, and now I am happy to say their customer service is excellent also. They were courteous, they did not ask me to remove the prior review, but I feel they should be recognized for fixing problems, just as they were recognized for the problems. Great service and prompt delivery/pick up. They also provide the longest dumpster rental without extra charges. We're on our 4th dumpster with them and each interaction with the company has been great. There are added charges if the dumpster is overweight but they were very clear with me on what the limits are and what their associated pricing is. read more

This company completely ripped us off! We prepaid $460 for a 40 yard dumpster. They were supposed to pick it up in a week. They didn't show up for three weeks! My husband called them repeatedly but they didn't return our calls. After 2 weeks without a return phone call. They finally returned our call. They said everyday they were going to come pick up the dumpster. They never showed up. No phone call nothing. Finally we got a complaint from Boulder County. My husband called again and left yet another message, finally showed up. The driver assured us we wouldn't be charged any overages. This was a complete lie. We received a email for a 23.40 tonnage overage bill. Which they took out of our account without permission. Oh it gets better. They also STOLE 345.00 out of our checking account without explanation. Again they didn't return our calls. My husband had to cancel his bank card. We were able to get our money back by disputing this through our bank. We were on vacation when we learned about this fraudulent charge. These bastards left a family of 5 without any gas and food money. We had $4, yes $4 dollars left, after they drained our account.
