I have been a customer of Data Destruction since 2014. Although, I haven't spent huge sums of money, I've gone to them when I could have gotten the products elsewhere for the same price or even cheaper. I purchased a Dell i7 laptop from Ben Hook (never have really trusted him) in August. Subsequently, I was hospitalized in August and September, so didn't even look at the laptop until the end of September. Upon powering it on, there was a BIOS lock and it wouldn't power up. I emailed Ben and he said he would replace it with the same or better. When I took it back on the date agreed upon, he didn't have one ready and just grabbed one of the shelf. It was a different brand, smaller screen, no keypad, slower i5 processor, smaller HDD and said "This is better" It wasn't better, it was no where near as good. I emailed Ben again, and told him I wanted it replaced as we had talked. I received a very snotty letter from Jaime (office manager) stating it was outside the "14 day" warranty period. It was way past that the first time Ben replaced it. I have never been treated that before at that company. I will never do business with them again. I can't support a company that treats it's customers like that, and I will tell my friends of my experience and recommend they not do business there either. read more

The customer service was the best. I haven't seen courtesy and professionalism at that level in some years. The quality of the merchandise was great. It seems that these guys really take pride in what they sell to the public. I've been in this business for over ten years and just their knowledge of the industry surpasses any other company that I have dealt with. I would highly recommend Data Destruction for their top notch services and the great value in the products they sell. They certainly have me returning as a customer repeatedly. This company is great! They not only do document destruction but they take all types of electronics: computers, monitors, TV's, stereo equipment old electric tools. They refurbish what they can or strip the components still in working condition. The left overs are properly recycled or disposed. They charge fees for some items like TV's & document shredding. But many items they happily take off your hands for no charge! The next time you clean out your storage shed or garage, don't dump all your old electronics in the trash, let Data Destruction take if off your hands. read more

These people are beyond phenomenal. I hold annual shred-a-thons for a county-wide event. Each year, Data-Destruction is the first company that I seek out because their service is completely above and beyond. I now actually get incredibly happy when people call me for references. Anyhoo, while my personal dealings are on large-scale events (1000 or so vehicles over five or six hours), I have also sent my members to them for individual services during the weekdays. This business is great! It's nice to be able to trust someone with my all my personal (sensitive) documents AND know that they'll shred my hard drives in-house. Also, they took my old tv for a reasonable price considering that they're gonna break it down and have the components recycled responsibly. I found this company to be cheerful, friendly and efficient. I called them in the morning and they were at my door at 2PM. I was able to watch the contents of seven bank boxes of documents being shredded and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. read more
