I pressed the ring bell from the weight scale. She waved her hand telling me came over to the window and said don't want to sell the concrete recycle road base for me because last time she was angry with me some reason for the my truck license plate did not recognize. I asked her why every time I come here to buy or dump the materials you're always give me in trouble??? I tried to speaking with the manager or owner but she didn't not let me and waved her hands bye bye bye ( the video and picture in the bottom) I would like if the owner will see this reviews and may fire her if they can!!! So there's a few misconceptions about this…read moreplace (Action Recycling Center) With COVID-19 being in place, their hours have changed like most other places, even big stores such as Walmart. Their hours Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30Pm & Sat 8-4Pm. Also when it comes to closing, like every other place, they ask for people to come 15 minutes before, so don't be that person who shows up last minute. They do have a strict policy as well with masks (it's mandatory). They are pretty nice people too, when you see a person on the street with no mask (nowadays), the average person doesn't just go up and yell at them. They're only asking for us to be considerate, since they are in the heat (or cold) all day long while wearing masks. Plus! Aren't they the ones who are gathering, sorting, and picking up your materials? That takes a toll on one's body, just saying‍ Lastly, when it comes to how clean the place is, it can get dirty yes, but they really do try to keep on top of it Thanks Action Recycling for being open during this pandemic and wish all of you guys well! I pulled in to unload some aluminum and was pointed at by the employee to get busy and get it unloaded-without saying a word. There was no indication of where he even wanted it. Next he grabbed the metal and threw it in a bin. The other employee printed a ticket for no weight and shoved at me. I threw it out the window as I left. Not a word was spoken the whole time I was there.

I know about separating coppers and aluminums for the best price and this trip the guys gave me great information on brass plumbing fixtures. Money in the pocket beats sending it to the landfill. This trip was about 1500 pounds of steel, aluminum, copper and brass.

She was at least 30 years his senior, so I thought that was nice of him. She was friendly too. My son and I found the facility very interesting. They had huge boxes full of ammo brass, computer hard drives, and other interesting stuff. I don't know what Mr. One Star review expected...... It's a recycling company. It's going to smell like what leaks out of hundreds of thousands of cans a day, or out of copper pipes that are being recycled. It adds to the experience. Someone's a bit too sheltered.
