Their hours Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30Pm & Sat 8-4Pm. Also when it comes to closing, like every other place, they ask for people to come 15 minutes before, so don't be that person who shows up last minute. They do have a strict policy as well with masks (it's mandatory). They are pretty nice people too, when you see a person on the street with no mask (nowadays), the average person doesn't just go up and yell at them. They're only asking for us to be considerate, since they are in the heat (or cold) all day long while wearing masks. Plus! Aren't they the ones who are gathering, sorting, and picking up your materials? That takes a toll on one's body, just saying‍ Lastly, when it comes to how clean the place is, it can get dirty yes, but they really do try to keep on top of it Thanks Action Recycling for being open during this pandemic and wish all of you guys well! Sometimes our recycling bins get too full and so we can go drop them off at the Cherry Creek recycling drop off in their bins. For this particular visit, however we had tree shrubs that we needed to get rid of. We pulled up and the gentleman at the front directed us to drop off our tree shrubs in a particular area and then we drove off. It was quick and easy. It was reassuring that they were able to shred the documents while I was there. It was a fast process! I will definitely be returning to Green Girl when I have additional shredding needs. The person who worked there was so friendly. Green Girl will also accept 1 bag of already shredded paper per day at no cost. This is a great service because our city no longer accepts already shredded paper in recycling bins. Shredding and recycling services are also available for personal and commercial pickups. Recycling for electronics and hard to recycle items is available. The City of Longmont offers free paper shredding events that take place once a month at Green Girl Recycling. You need to be a Longmont resident. You can bring 3 file size boxes.

You pull in and follow the sign that points to the scale for cans only to be told no, cans are across the street. I go across the street and deal with the gruff employee who can only grunt two words at a time. He weighs my cans and hands me a sheet of paper. I try the two entrance doors to the North of where I am, both are locked. I have to ask some random customer there to sell a junk car what to do with the paper. He tells me I need to take it back across the street in order to get my cash. For God's sake All Recycling, how about a sign or two explaining your asinine process? Or better yet, how about you train your employees a bit better?

It's going to smell like what leaks out of hundreds of thousands of cans a day, or out of copper pipes that are being recycled. It adds to the experience. Someone's a bit too sheltered.

I pulled in to unload some aluminum and was pointed at by the employee to get busy and get it unloaded-without saying a word. There was no indication of where he even wanted it. Next he grabbed the metal and threw it in a bin. The other employee printed a ticket for no weight and shoved at me. I threw it out the window as I left.
