I dropped off over 200 pounds of confidential documents for shredding (by appointment - drop offs are not the bulk of their business), and in 5 minutes it was gone, done, and dusted. The price was very fair. This was a good experience. read more

Showed up curbside at the appointment time and quickly shred the documents while I waited. Quick, easy, efficient, affordable. Thank you! read more

This was advertised as a shredding service with regular consumer services but it is totally for commercial use only. No personal were available when I arrived even though it was over an hour before closing time. I gave it two stars only because the guy from another adjacent business tried to help me and called the business on his cell phone but no one was available. If you don't have a pallet full of paper, just go to Office Depot or somewhere like that. read more

I needed several boxes of personal shredding completed. From the first call to working with the shredder on site the experience was EXCELLENT! Great customer service, proceeds, and price. A Job well done! read more

We have used XpresShred for years but they went above and beyond last week. I had been carrying around several boxes of documents that needed to be shredded and finally remembered and after work gave them a call. The lady manager stated if I could get there by 4:00 she'd watch for me, well I was a few minutes after and they still took care of me and even the guy that came in behind me. They are the best! Customer service was on point. Thanks!!! read more

Fast, reliable, and friendly. Needed to shred documents from my mother's estate. Called in the morning and went by to drop off less than an hour later. The process could not have been easier. Did not need to get out of the car. Highly recommend. read more

We have been using XpressShred for our business for years. They are affordable and always reliable. Really nice people in the office too!

Echoing what others have said - fast, friendly and economical. I was met with a smile, given the details and told where to drive to meet someone. And there was someone there to meet me! They unloaded the Jeep for me, priced my stuff by the pound and by the time I got back to the office had my bill ready. The cost was very reasonable. Fast, friendly, economical. Highly recommend. read more

This was my first experience with XpressShred as a residential client. You have the option to have a truck come to you or you can take your materials to their faculty. I opted to have the truck come to my house to shred 9 boxes. The representative arrived within the time window and was very cordial and helpful. I thought the price was right for the added convenience of home service. read more

I used this service when we were moving and I didn't want to move old paperwork with me. They were very helpful, got the boxes from my car, weighed them and shredded them. All I had to do was pay : ) excellent experience! read more

The definition of efficiency. During the social distancing period , I pulled up to the front of the building, called the office and Karen took my personal information and directed me to another door. Justin met me outside and unloaded my boxes. He had me call the office again as he weighted them. Karen gave me the total and took my credit card info as I sat in the car. Had 7 seven large boxes of records, cost me $51. Very economical ! I was there probably 5-7 minutes. These folks are great!! read more

Karen was so friendly and nice! Very affordable and my experience was GREAT. I highly recommend you use XpresShred. read more

I'm happy to be the first to review this company! I've never had the need to shred a mass amount of paper but after a couple years of personal mail piling up (after identity theft concerns) and hating our home shredder we decided to take a chance on a bulk shredder. We entered the front lobby and were greeted by a nice receptionist who asked right away if we'd like to watch the paper being shredded. It was really a nice that she asked because I wanted to watch but I wasn't sure how to go about saying so. She had us pull around the back of the building and the warehouse worker unloaded our boxes and weighed them. He made conversation while he dumped the mail into the chipper. It went up a conveyor and then down into a hopper that forms it into bales. Totally Mr Roger's Neighborhood interesting! The warehouse worker let us know about other services they offer (without any sort of hard sell) - they dispose of computers and monitors, shred CDs, and many other things! All told I brought in 131 pounds of mail (!!!) and was out the door for only 32 bucks! We will definitely be going to see the folks at Xpres Shred again. read more

The process was very easy and the price was right. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

After much pondering over the security of second party shredding of our sensitive outdated papers, you know what I'm talking about. I decided reluctantly, to use Xpres shred. I was so impressed with thier process that I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to them. Very professional, and reasonably priced. Karen Gardelli in the office was kind and courtious. I wish all small buisneses operated in like fashion. read more

Best price in town for paper shredding, secure document destruction, even hardware destruction.

This was not a secure shredding experience. I could see in the viewing monitor only the belt leading into the shredder, a piece of paper was stuck. I requested that they try to get this unstuck. They failed to do so, I had to speak to their scheduler. Eventually, they opened a door to climb in and get the paper. It was then that I saw that a lot of un-shredded paper was in the area they call overflow. I insisted they get this, some was blown on the road and I caught it, it was not my name, it was a Sam S, withholding the whole name here for security reasons. Now I am terrified that un-shredded paper is in the truck somewhere else . I couldn't see the shredded paper but the bits in the overflow was anything between full letter size pages and small pieces larger than the shredding I can do with my home shredder. I suggest that if you are concerned that your paper is really well shredded, you hire a company where you can see the shredded paper, ask the max size remaining, and make sure they don't have "overflow" areas in the truck where un-shredded paper could remain. I paid $125 and have NO feeling that my data are safely destroyed. read more

I was tasked with the responsibility of disposing of years and years (and more years) of confidential files, and did not know where to start. I called a few places that were rather picky about what they accepted and in what form. I randomly called XpressShred and spoke to Karen, who happily addressed all my concerns, offered a great price, was able to come short notice--and best of all; would take all of our items in folders, files, binders, etc... We did not have to sort anything or painstakingly remove clips, or metal! The super shredder truck literally ate all of our 270 bank boxes of files in a record two hours. I might add that we got a terrific price, also. Everyone at this company was professional, friendly and helpful! Thank you Karen, Rebecca and Chris the driver. I highly recommend this company for all your shredding needs. read more

We are moving and had a ton of old documents to shred. I went to XpresShred and could not believe how easy and inexpensive it was. From them taking the super heavy bags out of my car, to the opportunity to actually watch them shred my documents--it was quick, easy and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes! I had over 100 pounds of documents and it was only about $30! I would highly recommend them! read more

These guys are great! The price can't be beat, and they will remove the bags and boxes from your vehicle. They were a bit of Drive for me, but totally worth it. read more

It was the cheapest price I found, was really easy and they have a friendly staff. I didn't watch the shredding take place so it took less than 5 minutes to drop off and pay. read more

Friendly staff who took care of our shredding quickly and at a good price. Easy drop off service. I will use them again.

Friendly, easy drop off and affordable! They even let you watch if you want and you can get a certificate of destruction! They do hard drives too! read more

I was quite surprised by the ease of shredding a car full of documents. I was allowed to watch the documents being shred and the price was quite reasonable. Our home shredder would have certainly burned up! Thanks! read more
