I had a very good experience with them - the receptionist was helpful and informative, had me talk to a technician about my concerns with the shredding process, who was also very helpful. After I arrived, the technician, Spencer, removed the hard drives from all 4 in about 15 minutes while I waited, then had me witness the shredding of the hard drives to put my mind at rest that they were really destroyed and would not be salvageable anymore. He also assured me that the remainder of the computers would be recycled. The process cost a bit more than I was expecting, but I was glad to pay it to finally solve this problem.
