We had the plan set and then CO got his with a huge unusual snow storm. Tim contacted me immediately to coordinate an alternate date. This was a bit problematic as my son needed to be out of his place by a specific date. Tim worked with my son and his Landlord to develop a plan where my son could relocate the stuff from the home to the landlords location. Tim then coordinated with the landlord to pick up the stuff at the landlords place while my son was out of state visiting friends. All this at a very reasonable cost. Tim was instrumental in helping with the coordination between me, my son and the landlord. Tim provided what I call the 'Effortless Customer Experience'. This company employs blatantly racist drivers. This driver for this company came les than 12…read moreinches from hitting my car when I tried to merge in after having my blinker on for well over a minute. Then when I called him on it after I was finally able to change lanes. He knew that he had messed up and lied saying that I had called him an N-word while he was yelling racial slurs for white people at me out of the window of his truck after he flipped me off numerous times while yelling out of the window for me to get out of the car and fight him in the middle of the intersection...then as if that wasnt bad enought, he proceeded to make a gun sign with his fingers, pointing them at me and mock shooting at me. Im not racist, I have never used the n-word and never will. This company and its drivers are unsafe. If i were you, I would definitely choose a different company to hall your junk away. This company is not safe.
