I emailed for an estimate for hauling away junk after a move. Sent in pictures of what I needed hauled away for the quote so there would be no misunderstanding. I was told between $150-$200, which seemed fair. They booked me for the next day between 11am-1pm. When 2pm rolled around, I still hadn't heard from anyone. Had to ping them and ask if someone was still coming since no one had even called to say they were running late. 20 minutes later I get a text (a guy named Ryan) saying they'll be there after they finish another job - and once I hear from him to say he's on the way, it's another 30 minutes before they arrive - they showed up at 3:20pm (2.5 hours past my window). He looks at the stuff to haul (same as in my pics) and say "$300 - that's half a truck worth of stuff." I told him no way, I sent pics so there would be no issues, you're late, I want my quote. He says he can go down to $250. I laughed and said he could leave, then. Suddenly, he can now do $200, saying "I'm taking a loss but I'm already here". I'm actually kind of mad at myself for even agreeing to pay $200, even though it was the original quote - if anything, for the inconvenience of having to wait a few more hours, they should have actually knocked a few bucks off. But I didn't want to go through this again with someone else, so I just had them take it. Totally felt like a scam on the drivers' part. And after all was loaded, it was only 1/4 of a truck (and I took pics of that, too). If you need a hauler, look elsewhere - these guys are a rip-off. read more

Fantastic service!! They showed up in masks (thanks Covid) and were right on time. I had forgotten to tell them about the tv we needed removed so my husband called them about an hour later because he didn't realize I forgot to tell them to take the tv. They came back within 5 minutes to remove it!! They quoted us when we called them for the service, but it ended up being $50 cheaper than the quote!
