I was shopping for a new office chair with only a few requisites...comfort, quality, and affordability. While the chairs that were within a reasonable price were not the most comfortable, I suffered some sticker shock with the ones that were "size-worthy". The "Shaq Chair" Maximos wasn't in stock but even that chair was uber pricy (and the chair seat was surprisingly short). Another stand out was the lack of staff presence. I spotted one employee at the front of the store (working at the register) and not once did I hear a "welcome" greeting or "thank you for coming in" upon exiting.

They were ready in about 18 hours...but unfortunately they were damaged (it appears the courier from the print shop to the Fedex location was a little rough with them). Tom (the manager) went out of his way to get them reordered immediately. He kept me up-to-date and got the new prints in incredibly quickly as well. The second go-around they were perfect.
